Freindly and helpful staff. The facility was very clean and well kept. Spacious floor plans. Great price!

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Good luck on ever getting a call back from their office no matter how many times you call to leave a voicemail. I highly suggest not to come to live here. Cheap place for expensive living. Never had to call so many times to not every be able to reach someone. Amenities don't work, balcony is dipped in so cant even go on it. Plumbing is awful. And absolutely no parking anywhere here. So much more to say but I will leave it at that.
The property is starting to go down I lived here 8 years. More loud noise people always fighting. The outside of some units are falling down. Homeless people living in the back of apartments. The staff is great but I wish they fix it up more
I have been here for a little over a year and a half now and at first I thought man what a steal. I was so wrong. There are gun shots every other week, cars have been broken into multiple times in the past 3 months alone, they will turn off the water to the building and not notify you. to this day our neighbors still dont have hot water. they will do renovations to the units with no notice early in the morning (RIP your sleep if you have kids) and they will not apologize or communicate anything to the tenets. Dont come here.
When I moved in the apartment was not clean the toilet was used and not cleaned vent covers missing kitchen was dirty refrigerator was not running the kitchen cabinets were dirty there were maintenance supplies all over the door to laundry machine was off hinge floors were dirty and there is paint splatters everywhere and dry wall dust all in bathroom. This is not what I was expecting especially during a pandemic. I called the office regarding this issue and was told someone will reach out about the cleaning and I have not heard anything back and I have been here now almost a month. My stove has pieces that do not fit I was also told that someone will come fix it and I haven't heard back about that issue either.
Maintenance was very proactive and addressed my issue in a timely manner.
We aways try to keep clean corridor in our part but other neighbors dont, the second issue is beetle/ pest in our apartment.

Decent condition but failing fast because they are disorganized and don't communicate. One person tells you one thing and someone else tells you that's wrong.
If I could take stars away I would but I need to let perspective renter's know the horror of this place. Over a month ago the downstairs resident tried to enter my apt. The resident is still living below..... I definitely feel safe here. FYI if you want to live in a slum where nothing is enforced, people just run amuck, children are never supervised- starting dumpster fires and being menaces, and still pay the price of a "luxury" apt then this is the place for you. Normal decent people who don't want to deal with the side effects of a HIGH staff turnover rate, GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

I think that overall this is a great place. A few things are missed and not all neighbors are great, but the management seems to do their best with what they have and I appreciate that.
Nice apartments and office personnel were very helpful and informative with all of our questions since this is my first time renting.
A nice community, to raise a family. and yes I would recommend to friends and family

I would recommend these apartments to someone if they had a good salary because they are a bit pricey. However, the community is nice.

Overall great community, everyone is very pleasant, love my neighbors, however, maintenance needs to complete jobs that they start.
If this was asking when living in the other building i lived in I wouldn't recommend it at all. This building I'm now living in, I would because the neighbors are respectful of our things and mail doesnt go missing. The amount of dogs that are off leash and having to worry about my pets and safety is annoying.
I think this apartment complex is idea for a single person. Not necessarily someone who has small children and works from home like me.
It's a great place to live the office staff is way nice and good people.
Doors are still not locking in the bedroom nor the bathroom pull the door fell off the spring the following day

Community supposed to be gated - it’s not! Some requests go on a wait list and have been on one for 3 years. Still waiting!
Parking is a mess. Anyone wanting to park a second car after 5:00 pm must walk from the clubhouse. My spot gets parked in and Wyatt's doesn't help. I found better parking before the assigned spots were created. Other than parking, however, my needs are always meet. While I wish the pool was heated and wished I could rent the clubhouse, neither of these are necessities. My concerns are addressed kindly, the staff are great, and no matter what trash mess is made (either from holidays/weekends or the racoons), it's always cleaned up. That's a job no one wants but your team does it anyway.
I recently had surgery on my leg which I requires I walk with adaptive equipment. I contacted Hearthstone management requesting if it was possible to put in stair railings so that I could walk safely went entering and exiting my apartment. They responded and put the railing up. I am great appreciative to their response and timeliness of putting the railings up. Thank you.

The majority of apartment communities treat you as tenants, hearthstone and the management staff treat you as family! Mr. Johnny and Ms. Mary make you feel as though you were relatives. Very easy to communicate with they listen to what you have to say , And no excuses, for problems and issues at hand.

I would recommend the community because the units have air conditioning, washer and driers, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
I'd recommend this apartment community because it's quiet, the grounds are maintained and the office staff is great. Due to my work hours, I found it necessary to enlist their help with mail addressed to the previous tenant. No hesitation from the office which says a lot about them to go beyond the call of duty!
Trash, vandalism, extremely loud neighbors, no parking, takes over 3 months to get maintenance done, someone stole our mail and they refuse to acknowledge any of this. Please do not move here.

This is a very friendly community
The price of rent is reasonable. Mostly a quite community.
The location is great and I feel safe here. Certain things may put certain people off such as the occasional loud gathering and the reving of engines at late hours, so I reserve my recommendations for less "uptight" friends.
Parking spaces and areas to park are quite Limited
I have be living hear a year. I DO NOT recomend this place. The parking is horrible. You have to pay for each car, and you can only get one parking spot assigned for you. If you have another car you have to park far away from your place. Not enough trash cans. They over fill and you will see racoons from time to time. neighbors have no respect. They have no security. The pool is not being watched. Kids under 10 years old just go without parents without being watched. There is a sign with rules, that are not being followed and the people who own the place dont care. Rent is to high. The people in the office forget any conversations you have with them. The website says remodeled. But ours is not and we are still paying for the REMODELED rooms. When we first moved in, It was dusty and filthy everywere. We had to leav for a day so they can clean it after we were just told we can move in. They did not inform anyone that they were redoing the streets. I wake up one morning and they were towing everyone's car. The AC stopped working and i didn't get a response for hours. They called me finally with an immature attitude, showing they were angry. They have so many rules that are not being inforced. I dont let my kids go out and play in the park due to other mean kids that are not being watched. I went to the pool once with my family. And im never going again. Adults there were drunk and you can smell it. I complained about my neighbors, and the next day. I can hear my neighbors saying that we tolled on them. I couldnt help hearing them. They were right outside my door, and i dont feel comfortable telling the office anything because I feel they tell them who is complaining. This place is a joke and the people working hear dont care about the place. Workers and maintenance work around the place as they smoke cigarettes. That's all i smell. Do not waste your time hear. Im moving at the end of the month. Thank god.
There are some nice things about this community but there is a lot that could get fixed. Gutters leak water all over electrical boxes. Paint in the breezeways to our doors is completely worn out.
Comfortable living conditions great staff. Parking conditions is the only issue at hand!

Good complex, just can't afford the rent, struggling mom of 3 kids work assumed school film time. I want and need thrm to be comfortable with more space. something I don't have to struggle for because of the rent increases.
Hi my name is patricia torres and i have been living in these appartments since last year on september 2014. I love these appartments its near the mall near alot of fast food restaurants and its also comes with a nice pool and gym. Although i really love living here my lease ends on november and i cant aford to stay here anymore because i really want to go to college but i cant if im paying rent. I asked my mom if i could stay with her and go to school but she said she will charge me 500$ for rent so i am basically helpless and im running out of time because my lease is about to end and i dont know where im going to live next. I was thinking of just going on creigslist but i have heard alot of killer stories and I dont really care at this point i just need a place that i can afford. I hope i win because that honestly would be a big help.
