Property Ratings at Soho Parkway
We put a maintenance request in to get our bathroom sink faucet and the lining on our backdoor fixed. Two and a half weeks went by and someone finally showed up. They didn't fix the correct door and made our other door worse leaving a gap in between the door and the frame. Our bathroom faucet wasn't fixed either. We told management that nothing was fixed, only made worse. They told us we needed to submit another maintenance request in order for it to be done. We put one in and explained in great detail what needed to be done. Three weeks later our apartment decided to power wash the outside floor of the apartments. Due to the gap that was left in our door frame water got all in our apartment and ruined a brand new rug we had. Over a month had gone by and no one had come to our apartment to make the fixes. I went to the management office yesterday and explained everything. The lady in the front texted someone telling them to come to our apartment and fix what we needed. She told us we needed to have our dog locked up, we said that was fine but they needed to make sure to come. Guess what, no one came to fix anything!!!! We have had multiple occasions where we have locked up our large dog, just for maintenance not to show up. VERY frustrating and unprofessional. No one who pays rent on time, and does everything by the books should have to wait OVER a month to get something fixed in the apartment THEY pay for.
Poor communication with office staff. They never follow up when you have an issue, unless you call several times. They have let a resident’s trash pile up for over 3 weeks without stepping in other than sending notices they are ignoring.
The staff in the front office is rude and unprofessional. Phone calls are never returned,
Property is filthy , breezeways and building needs to be pressure washed. Property isnt being up kept nor maintained
I love Soho Parkway! It is such a family environment. The property is always clean and staff is friendly as well.
Its a very peaceful and welcoming community, the entire staff are attentive and caring.

I love love Soho Parkway! The maintenance is quick, professional and strategic while being fast. Office staff is slways so caring and attentive to my family's needs when we go to see them. The location is A1. Beautiful surroundings, plenty of space and sidewalks available to walk your dogs or family walks. I have to be transparent, during the time of the pandemic I was out of work and working on getting my real estate license, Soho Parkway was very curious and helping my family receive some rent assistance and thankfully we did! When it's time to buy our first home I will always remember Soho and be forever grateful for the stop we made here along the way to homeownership.

I have not lived here long but so far its been amazing. Community is welcoming and the atmosphere at night is safe and lovely for walks! Staff is more than helpful getting you through the approval steps which is great because I moved from Nevada without being able to come visit in person! I had a minor maintenance issue with a cabinet and within 2 hrs of placing a work order on the very easy to use resident portal, there was a wonderfully polite maintenance man at my door and did a great fix. We are loving this place!

Love the space of my 3 bedroom apartment here. The maintenance staff is A1!! They are fast and they don't half do your works orders! The maintenance staff is professional and just good at what they do. The office staff are professional as well and very friendly.

My sons and I have just been in pure bliss since moving to Soho Parkway about 2yrs ago. I simply love everything about this community. The caring staff and management, to the amount of rent I pay. The square footage of my 2bd 2bth is excellent, its actually larger than the 3bd 2bth I came from. Shhhhhh Imma tell you a secret, I honestly feel I pay too little for my apartment but dont tell anyone!The grounds are so well kept too. They care about these apartments and their tenants as well. Its very easy to fall in love with Soho Parkway!

there is dog poop everywhere. Sunday morning a man was walking around by the mailboxes naked. dogs are left on patios to bark at 11pm-12 am nightly.

Sneak in hidden fees, like $200 to $300 worth. Management is horrible, hide and don't answer phone. Lived here for 7 years, and have watched it get worse. New management hates you, try talking to them after signing your lease for proof. Paying for high class, but they have been slowly switching out all things, washer, dryer, dishwasher, to cheapest possible equipment.

Terrible, even after reading the horrible reviews before moving here we decided to give this place a shot only to be shocked the reviews were spot on. I would only recommend this place if it was your last hope or chance at living in Dallas. I have family and friends relocating here all the time and I refuse to have them stay here. Hopefully the new management team can make my remaining 3 months worth while but I will not be renewing my lease.
Has changed management several times. Do not know who management is or what they look like. Maintenance takes a while. Hard to get things fixed.

If you want to live in ANY kind of peace, dont move here! I moved here in Nov 2019 (under Pinnacle Property Management) and have not had a single day of silence since then. The people who live above me stomp around, their kids jump off the furniture and shake the ceiling fan. 6 months later (now under Grey Star Property Management) I have complained to the office 7 times, spoken to the courtesy officer once (ive tried several other times with no call back), I've emailed and called Grey Star 3 times (also with no call or email back) and have even had to call the actual police once when she tried to physically attack me for complaining. The office staff is rude and unprofessional, they rarely answer the phone or call back and theyve continuously said there is nothing they can do. Apparently this woman and her family deserves to live in peace more than I do. Take it from me, this is not normal "apartment living" level noise. Do yourself a favor and dont waste a year+ of your life and sanity

Its cost effective for the area, howver the quality of the complex could be better, walls are paper thin, neighbors can be uncooperative with quiet hours
Thaddeus made my sister and I both extremely comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. On top of that the apartments are very nice, and the pool is absolutely stunning.
I love everything but the dumpsters they are too small and I hate seeing trash stacked up and over flowing the area makes this place look poorly when it's a great place!
my apt has issues from cracks in ceiling to walls. doors...
I love everything about the apartments it's just the parking is hard when you don't have a sticker.. there are very few visitor spots an area mostly taken by residents.
The apartments were nice, however, the third floor units were sweltering in the summer months. Temperatures were in the high 80s when other parts of the apartment were 60 degrees.

I love the office staff, everyone is so friendly and nice and extremely helpful! Love them and I never mind having to go in and talk about anything!
Everything I have needed I've been able to get an answer to from the first person that I've asked, as well as advice on if the situation occurs in the future.
The location is further than I'd like to move, and it looked liked parking may be an issue especially when coming in late.
Would definitely recommend living in this amazing apartment complex to call home!

I have made Soho my home for a number of years. The staff has always been responsive and courteous.
I would recommend it to a friend who isn't as materialistic as me or didn't have a set in stone move-in date and was okay with the parking situation (seriously have you guys read the complaints about your complex? They all mention the lack of parking or having to walk 3 blocks to get to their apt).
