I’ve been living at Sofia for a while now, and honestly, it’s been great. The apartment itself is really spacious and modern. The kitchen is awesome, and I love having brand-new appliances. Everything’s well taken care of, and I never have to worry about maintenance—if something needs fixing, they’re on it right away. The staff is super friendly, always making sure everyone’s happy and taking care of any issues fast. The amenities are solid too. there’s a gym, a pool, and a chill community lounge. It’s a great vibe, and I’ve met some cool neighbors along the way. Also, the location is perfect. I feel safe and really at home here. Solid 5 stars from me!
The staff is incredibly friendly and always responsive. Whether it’s a maintenance request or a question about community events, they’re quick to address any need. The amenities here are part of the reason I moved here. The gym is fully equipped, the pool area is always pristine, and the community lounge is a great place to relax or hang out with neighbors. The location is another huge plus. I truly feel at home here, and I highly recommend The Sofia to anyone looking for a great place to live. 5 Stars!

Greetings to anyone looking to move into the Sophia either short or long term. I'd highly recommend this location/property for a variety of reasons. First, it is a great location and property for the value if you are new to the area or relocated like I did in 2019. Second, it is truly peaceful and quiet; clean and all things are working. I love to live in The Sofia. I feel safe, everything is clean. Everydbody from the staff members is helpful. Especially Carlos has always an ear and takes time to listen or the explain. Pool area is great, the whole building itself is luxury. Sofia is right in the Heart of Coral Gables. Miracle Mile is just a short walk away. Quite and relaxed neighborhood. This place is absolutely amazing. No other building in the area can even compare to Sofia. When I initially spoke on the phone with Gabriella, I already had a good feeling about this place. She took time to understand our needs and was beyond helpful. When she took me on a tour of the property, and the apartment, I knew in that moment I had found our new home. Gabriella was so knowledgeable about the building, the area and knew all of the residents we had encountered that day. That speaks volumes to how I knew the building was well managed and had staff that really care. This was by far the best experience we have ever had when it comes to moving into a new place. The process was straightforward and seamless. we have been in our apartment for 2 weeks and already feel so much at home. We have been enjoying the many amenities as well and have met friendly neighbors.

I absolutely love the experience and sense of community I have had living at the Sofia Coral Gables. Jocelyn the Property Manager and Carlos the Assistant Property Manager are excellent to deal with. They are extremely professional and always happy to help. I love the events they put together which have allowed me to develop great friendships. The building is gorgeous and I am very happy to live there, extremely walkable. Pool area and Gym are always clean and with the latest equipment.

I really enjoy living at Sofia Coral Gables. Its very close to shops and restaurants, while being on a quiet street. Neighbors are quiet and I havent had any noise issues. The building is very well maintained and management is prompt with any questions. Id highly recommend living here.

I love living at Sofia Coral Gables. It is a safe and beautiful community filled with amazing people. Jocelyn and her team do a great job of making us all feel special. There are resident events that bring us together and set it apart from other buildings. Location is everything and this is walking distance to miracle mile but also off the beaten path so that you dont have a lot of traffic. The pool is gorgeous and gym is fully equipped. It is also pet friendly and my dog Nessie enjoys it.
