Please don’t rent in this apartment. There are lot cockroaches and rats in the apartment as well as other major problem is you will see your car windows broken so make sure before you rent there.

We actually have a pest control company visit our community on a regular basis for preventative treatments, and to treat individual homes as needed. We are unaware of any issues like yours and have not received any notice from residents informing us of these or asking to be treated. Please reach out so we can address your concerns. Additionally, not only have we not had any recent concerns regarding car break ins, but we send community-wide reminders to ensure residents are being mindful and safe.
