No heat are air The heat in these apartments don’t heat the home to a comfortable temperature, the units aren’t designed for the apartments to heat and cool

Wasn’t sure if I was going to renew my lease been here for four years. The rent keeps going up if there is another increase, it would be forced pulling me out of my apartment unfortunately, when the rent goes up, most people’s pay does not, and we don’t have a lot of amenities here not even a dog park for what we’re being charged now is a little over above what it should be again I enjoy living here, but with the rising of rent and being forced to pay for trash that I can walk down myself and after being chased by a raccoon on my porch, I am not feeling too safe with that It should be our choice if we want to pay extra to have the services again think about people that pay on time all the time and would love to stay here thank you so much.

Management is uncompromising, unprofessional and unorganized. No appreciation or loyalty for long time residents. Management lacks communication skills especially regarding your final bill at move out. Will charge you extra fees and tell you it is your fault. Do not rent here you will have problems with management.

Motel style shacks in need of updating. Management is horrible, unprofessional and unorganized. Will charge you extra fees and then threaten to turn you over to collections if not paid. President, Vice President and Regional Manager do not respond nor care. Renters beware.

I’ve lived at Slate Run for two years after apartment hopping since moving to Indy in 2017, I’m so glad I’ve found the place that feels like home. They take great care of the property and residents. Yes, the apartments are a little older so they have their quirks, but they’ve been renovated and I’ve been very happy with my little home.

Had a 1br then 2br in 2012-2015. The apartments aren't big or fancy but they've been updated and for the price, they deserve 4*. The neighborhood is quiet and oddly secluded due to the 465. I started with an apartment at the back, closest to the 465 and my bf at the time had an issue with it but I never thought it was a big deal; just white noise. Parking is pretty tight sometimes. I like the old bookshelves built into the dining room wall in the 2br. They are dated, for sure, but it's good storage.
Julia, the property manager is wonderful! She truly cares about the community, her tenants and the prospects. This would be a wonderful place to call home.
