      I wanted to share my positive experience living at 600 Main St, Worcester, MA. Over the past year, I've been thoroughly satisfied with my apartment living conditions. I felt safe and convenient, and the leasing office staff was helpful to new immigrants like my family. The maintenance services were quick and efficient, which I had never experienced before. The central location is incredibly convenient, providing easy access to Boston and Springfield. Being close to local stores and supermarkets is a huge plus. Additionally, I've found the leasing application process at 600 Main St. excellent—quick, efficient, and practical. I got approval immediately, a refreshing change from my previous experiences at other more significant but paper-worked rental offices, where the leasing process was quite cumbersome, delayed, and bureaucratic, especially when the customers were without housing during the coldest winter. Overall, my stay has been very safe and comfortable. Thank you for providing such a great living environment.

      Don’t move in here

      Terrible laundry system ( out of service since 3 months) , rodents present. Rents high and electric high.

      My experience has been Excellent Renting here at the 6hundred , all the Staff are Very Nice in the leasing office .Helpful and prompt from the very beginning All the way from the Tour and to Finally leasing. In the beginning I didn’t get the apartment I initially wanted but I was Shown 2 different units that were beautifully renovated & I was able to choose One & it worked out perfectly! I am Very happy, very Pleased and thankful for Angelica helping me with the leasing process, she made the process Easy and Faster for me to move in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice modern Apartment I’m in love with my apartment ! Thank you!

      Would not Recommend

      First the good. Management is always willing to listen to any issues and is very friendly when it comes to any interactions. The maintenance guys, the same story, very friendly, always saying hi when we see them and very helpful with any issues. Package area is organized and the Amazon lockers are convenient. The washer/dryer situation has been remedied after a years long battle with the group the building had a contract with. Now the bad. Management can’t seem to do anything about people smoking weed/cigarettes in their apartment and it wafting through the vents in the bathroom to other apartments. Elevators constantly breaking down for extended periods of time, which is only inconvenient if you live on a high floor. Emergency homeless shelter opened next door prior to winter and had unfortunately has caused an increase in package thefts and car break ins over the last couple months, many residents never really had an issue with this prior to the last couple months. There is always dog poop/vomit/urine on the sidewalk. Then there’s the outdated fitness center in the basement that was to be renovated 3 years ago. On top of that, despite no added benefits and a decrease overall in value, rent has gone up ~$300/ month over 2 years. The parking garage next door has raised their prices as well after only receiving a fresh coat of paint and no security improvements despite a rise in break ins. There’s a load of other things I could mention, but overall I would not recommend moving here unless you have no other option.

      The 6Hundred is human-staffed, treats customers with respect, and communicates effectively. The interior of the 1-BR apartment is perfect, we like the carpet in the bedroom a lot, it makes a sense of a luxury home.

      I appreciated the sensitive human touch approach vs. the senseless and misleading AI-agent process when I was approved for my rentals during my first walk-in visit without pre-appointment. The assistant manager and the manager coordinated with me to help me complete the application form online. They provided instant support for the questions I had no idea how to answer in the application. I got my application approved, which helped me secure the lease contract on the spot. The renting decision was made quickly based on evidence of my financial situation, and the decision was reasonable and practical, showing a clear policy already in place for decision-making. The manager, who I believed was the rent-approved decision maker, sat next to us and was actively involved all the time. The business, I believe, is the best business model in the rental industry, at least in downtown Worcester, that I have ever experienced after trials with other property management companies in the same town where it cost me weeks of waiting outside in an expensive Airbnb while waiting for an application approval from someone somewhere far away in corporate offices with no communication regarding when my application would be approved or rejected. Because we compared how we were treated, my wife and I decided to rent without a second thought. We had decided on the spot and were committed to following through with all the remaining formality to sign the lease contract and get the keys. We even leave the pre-paid Airbnb early to move in. I still saw the leasing office continue to tour prospective renters daily after I was already a building resident. When I was in the elevator to first tour the apartment, I met with an honorable gentleman who said to me, “This is a very good apartment!” and now I realize it is. I would say the same to anyone who comes to look for a friendly, customer-care rental apartment. It stands out how a customer is treated.

      I hate living here. It expensive, and infested with roaches 3 years living here never had a big problem till recently and it’s absolutely the reason to not live here any more.

      Management is great, maintenance is the best. The only problem is the laundry machines don’t work on every floor. Doing laundry in this building means carrying your clothes floor to floor and that’s tiring

      I recently moved into The 6 Hundred Apartment , and I'm quite pleased with my experience so far. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable living space.My unit has a nice view actually love it. The laundry rooms in every floor is convenient but could do better .The management team is friendly and responsive, addressing any concerns promptly. The location is convenient, everything you need is two steps close but parking availability in front of the building could be improved. Overall, I'm satisfied with my decision to move here and would recommend it to others.

      Roaches Everywhere

      This building is absolutely infested with bugs from cockroaches to springtail fleas. I have had maintenance come with an exterminator multiple times with no progress to be shown for it. I keep an incredibly clean home but it doesn’t help one bit. I get up to pee at night and they are on the walls in my bathroom and kitchen, they are on my floors and ceiling, they are everywhere. I hope to be released from my lease early as this is not a piece of information that is disclosed before moving in. Let me just warn all of you considering to move here that I was informed by maintenance that this building is not treated systemically but “on an as needed basis” which in and of itself is a problem. I don’t advise moving here but if you don’t mind waking up with a few critters in your bed then I suppose have at it.

      Excellent service from the staff that works here, on addition, it has a good architecture of the building and interior design of the apartments, and it is a central location with access to multiple commercial places, parks and restaurants.

      Mediocre at best

      I moved in in March 2021 and not for a single day have both elevators been working at the same time. Additionally, they told me prior to my move in that my apt would be newly renovated, which it was not. And finally, they decided to raise the rent almost $100 despite the building being infested with cockroaches. Will not be renewing this lease

      This apartment complex offers decent, well-renovated units in a central Worcester location, with good access to ample resident parking. The quality of the units is excellent, with great views of the city and new, modern appliances.

      Great New Management

      I have been residing here for some time now and can honestly say that the new management have been so supportive and reliable! I have not seen that ever here at Skymark! The assistant manager, Maritza is absolutely a fresh breath of air, thank you for all you do!

      Flooding

      My apartment has flooded 4 times in the past 6 months. Each time, the ceiling has been damaged and the rugs soaked. It took 5 weeks to repair the ceilings after the last flood and less than a month later, the ceiling was destroyed by another flood. I was told maintenance was going to be working on my apartment and today when I came home, all my stuff had been moved, My electronics removed/ and unplugged (TV, computer, router, cable box etc.), couch Flipped against the wall, bed buried under furniture and items taken from the closets, artwork taken off the walls, rugs ripped up, trim removed, and the ceiling and lights in the living room were ripped out entirely. Skymark didn’t tell me they would be doing this, hasn’t offered to refund me any of my rent, hasn’t offered to let me move to another apartment while they completely tear mine apart. They have done nothing to make this easy and have been totally absent when it comes to communication.

      Horrible property

      Don’t move here

      Skymark tower management and maintenance are awful. This spring, my apartment didn’t have hot water for over a month. After they said they resolved the issue, it took over 2 weeks, 13 calls to the office, and calls to Worcester City Hall to fix it. Now my apartment’s air conditioning is broken and it soaked the rugs in a closet, the bedroom, and the living room. The first time I called, the on call maintenance man was supposed to come and see what was going on; but he never showed up. The next day I called again and they said they sent the carpet cleaners and maintenance up to take care of it. They took the AC apart and didn’t put it back together, and they vacuum the rugs, but didn’t do anything to dry them. I was away for 2 days thinking it was taken care of, but came back to soaking wet rugs. After more phone calls, they sent maintenance to repair and clean out the air conditioning and they used my vacuum to clean the dust out of the filters. The rugs are still soaking and they only left one fan to dry out 2 rooms and a closet in my apartment. Need to go talk to them tomorrow and try and get another fan. Apparently it takes 5-10 phone calls to explain how to dry carpet.

      Think Twice

      I’ve lived here several years and this is the worst management group that has been here. I never write reviews but I am so dissatisfied that I feel the need to let others know. They never fix anything no matter how many requests I’ve made. The elevator has been out for weeks leaving one elevator for the building. In the past when Karen was the manager the elevator was never out longer than a couple days. What is advertised is not what you get and I feel that it is wrong to deceive people. The place smells like garbage when you walk in and any guests I bring points it out. There is nothing luxury about living here. I will not renew my lease next year.

      Good views and good management

      Very easy leasing process, they do not over complicate things. The views from the 20th floor were awesome and the amount of space you get for the price cannot be beaten. The area is really good with a lot of upcoming development. I would recommend.
