Six Points at Bloomfield Station

Very nice apartments and amenities. Staff is very friendly. Facilities are kept in excellent shape. Restaurants and shopping are nearby.

I love the apartment and Josh has really been gracious and kind. The person who lived in the apartment before me didn’t clean very well. There was lots of dog hair literally everywhere (I am allergic), and till now I haven’t gotten rid of it still so that was a bummer.

Its overall a pretty great place to live, thr location is nice and the amenities are great. Some neighbors are not respectful of the communities rules. It is kept clean and if you have any issues they fix it right away.

We love it here! Kinda neighbors, nice area, and the new community managers are fantastic. Maintenance is quick to respond and extremely helpful if you ever need anything.

Great place to live. The amenities are amazing and so helpful to have a business center and gym on site. Very quiet and clean. The staff is very professional and helpful.

It’s okay. Wish there we more my more activities with booze like there was when I first moved in. They even had a table full of booze for Super Bowl and even plants for Earth Day

So far great, amenities are clean, quiet and overall great space. Package area could be more organized. Sometimes I’ve seen a lot of packages all over the floor not only in the main entrance but inside of the mail room.

Great place to live and lots of space great amenities and lots of parking, great staff and easy move in, I would recommend this building to anyone

Overall, I really enjoy living here. The amenities are nice. Considering the amount we pay for parking, I wish we had guest parking available in the building that way my guests didn’t have to pay when they visit me.

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and have loved it. Our apartment is spacious and thoughtfully designed, and the staff is wonderful! The building and common areas are always clean, maintenance is fast and friendly, and living here has been so easy and so pleasant. The location is also amazing -- there is so much in walking distance or within a 10 minute drive, and we've loved having the train to commute easily into the city. We'd definitely recommend Six Points!

We’re brand new, but so far so good. Great staff, very nice apartment, nice amenities, love the neighborhood. Our puppy loves it too. Still acquiring furniture. Thank god for Raymour & Flanigan!

Wonderful place to live! Amenities are great (both in and out of the apartment), and the location is perfect for commuting. Also being within walking distance of the park is perfect for my dog.

The building is clean and the staff is friendly! The dog run is well kept. The courtyards are perfect for grilling and enjoying time by the fire.

Great place to live. Close to shops and very walkable. Train station to Hoboken and NYC is less than 5 mins walk. Management responds to request in a timely manner.

A year in and I still love it here! The amenities are great, the events are always really nice, and being so close to the train station is still my favorite part.

My experience in Six Points has been amazing! We love out apartment and the community. My husband and I enjoy really much the Gym and the co-working area.

Six Points is a nice clean place to live the staff is always attentive and helpful! Especially the on call maintenance. The events that the property managers put on are very thought out!

Excellent location in an up and coming neighborhood! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and you can walk to the library, post office, and train station. The roads are a little rough right now due to construction across the street, but that won't be forever. I'm happy I made the move!

I've only just moved in, but so far I'm loving my new apartment at six points. It's spacious and has all new appliances. It's incredibly convenient to commute into the city. The amenities are too notch. The maintenance team is very friendly and efficient. It's all around a great place.

Six Points is our new home and love it here. Our neighbors and staff here is awesome. There's also great places to eat within walking distance from our home.

The staff is efficient, the community is pleasant and the building/ unit is well designed. My appreciation for the overall experience of this home has grown as time progresses.

Excellent place to live. Building staff is very professional and responsive to staff needs. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and shops. Direct Train access to NYC, Hoboken, and Newark. Couldn't be happier to call six points home!

They ask too much for source of income if your source of income is below or not above the rent, look for something else and they never try to reason with you. Also you will not get a refund ASAP it will take at least a month. Unless you’re a millionaire just look for something else.

We just moved into the building at Six Points Bloomfield stations and we love it! The apartment layouts are great. My favorite is how much natural light we get in our apartment. The staff in the building are very nice, welcoming and maintain COVID precautions appropriately. The maintenance and cleaning staff work tirelessly and make sure every is well kept, clean and sanitized. Front desk is great and the office managers are wonderful!

I have nothing but positive things to say about living at Six Points at Bloomfield Station. From my first contact with the Leasing Office to now everyone I have been in contact with has been helpful, friendly, and made our move-in smooth. Excellent community of residents and staff here!

Toured on 12/11/2020, staff was efficient and patient or so I thought. Andre took myself and partner to tour the units. Throughout our tour, we mentioned that the units were a little small. He did offer to show larger units but we declined as it would have been out of our price range. At the end of the tour he added an incentive. If the application were to be completed that night he would waive (1) application fee, and waive the amenities fee. So the application was completed. Andre informed us not to worry about unit selection because he could change it up until the application was submitted and approved. Needless to say, we completed the application and paid $700 in fees, knowing some of it would be waived. Jump to 12/20/2021, myself and partner go to hand deliver paystubs and tour again. Per Andre, the application had NOT been submitted, as he still needed unit confirmation. On 12/21/2020, I called him, as agreed on 12/20/2020, to inform that it would not be feasible to select a unit and would not meet the current needs. He (Andre), expressed disappointment then proceeded to state that I would not be returned my $700 payment. On 12/22/2020, I recieve a welcome re letter informing my application had been approved. I understand that there may be some frustration as it relates to my decision; however, it seems to be rather malicious not returning my $700 fee. I'm not moving in. In reality I'm out $700 and gain nothing in return; in the middle of a world pandemic, COVID-19. This sucks; money dose not fall off trees, this will hurt financially. Overall, the building appeared nice, definitely a good spot for a commuter however, management and staff do not appear to be in touch with reality.
