Silver Hill at Arboretum Apartments

My flapper in my toilet was warn..told maintenance supervisor and before I could put workorder in it was fixed...it is very nice to know Desmond takes even the littlest things a top priority...Thank you so much....I love it here...

I like that the neighborhood is clean and quiet. My neighbors are cordial and helpful to one another. Maintenance responds in a timely manner and is professional when talking to you. He takes time to explain what's going on if you have questions. I don't like unannounced guests. I don't like contractors entering my unit because I can't hear them while in the bathroom. I didn't hear a knock at the door. It startled me to see them when I came out. I like the rewards program to help with rent.

Well, I've said on numerous occasions. The staff here at Silver Hill is awesome. Love the community, quiet, the grounds are kept up, dog friendly, close to local shopping and restaurants. Highmark really needs to give Beth and Desmond a big raise for all they do.

I've lived here a month now and really love it. The residents and staff are really nice and I love the convenience of being in the heart of the city.

My residence experience here is Exceptional. When you enter the vestibule, there's a welcoming feeling. Everytime I get here from work, I know, I can go in my place, relax in a calm & comfortable environment. The management here makes sure they take care of the facility to better our experience here. We have better lighting & security outside. I'M GLAD, TO CALL IT HOME ??. Great Professional & Friendly Management & Maintenance Associates. When someone new moves in, I tell them, WELCOME HOME ?? ...

Silver Hill is a nice place to live. The staff is great, neighbors are nice. Quiet community at night. Pet friendly, close to shopping locations.

Staff members are very courteous and friendly. The management and maintenance service are excellent. The grounds around the building are neatly maintained.

My experience now is great. Beth has really being doing wonders, the building with its tenants is great, like when I moved in about 18 years ago. Its a great building & place to move into. Its also very convenient to get anywhere. I'm here almost 18 years, the building is now back to being a great place to live, under the hard work of Beth..

This is a very nice area, convenient to everything. Our apt is very nice with the exception of the cigarette smoke that comes in from other apt units daily thru the bath exhaust vent and adjoining closets. Additionally, over the years with many different tenants, all the air vents may not have been cleaned professionally at turnover. With the transition to a non smoking community this should have been done for obvious health reasons. .

I have lived at Silver Hill for 3 years. When my lease was up, I informed our Manager Beth, that I didn't want to leave my new friends and community. I stated I would prefer a smaller apartment. She had an upcoming one bedroom available. Beth ensured my transition went smoothly along with the help of the maintenance crew. The extra levels of security in our building, along with the parking decals are a Plus for ALL of US. Thank You.

Everyone and everything is going good. Everyone has been very inviting. The building and its upkeep is behind excellent. This has been a good experience.

Love living here. Great neighbors that really support and care about each other. Constantly manicuring grounds. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Close to everything.

The community here overall is great ,I’m extremely pleased with silver hill ,like I’ve always said the property manager Beth is phenomenal and the other staff Terrie and Desmond are amazing as well always willing to lend a hand if you need them they always go the EXTRA mile to help and the building is ALWAYS clean work orders are promptly fixed

Beth did an amazing job ensuring i was able to move in. Im glad bette lamb recommended silver hills to me. Ive been in for about a week and love it.

I have been very pleased, not only with the apartment, but with the people that I have met that are living here everyone is so friendly! Beth, the manager has been very kind! The only problem that I have seen is that the parking should be designated for personal parking places for live in residence!

I kind of thought it was funny that they had employee appreciation this time rather than Easter decorations this weekend. I could have sworn they had that a couple months ago, but my memory isn’t what it used to be. Besides that it’s same old same old. Also Terry and Desmond need a special day. They really work hard.

Everyone I’ve met since moving in has been nothing but nice. From management to maintenance nothing but positive energy. I really like how they have social events for the community.

I have never met such an exceptional team (Beth, Desmond, Terry) always in great spirits just a joy to be around. Thank you all for making living here a joy for me.....They are the best...

The move in was great, everyone is so wonderful that I encountered in the building so far. It’s so pleasant and clean and Beth is awesome, a great experience!

It’s been nothing but AWESOME !! Management and maintenance have been very helpful whenever I had questions. Really appreciate the new security feature with having to put in your code after 5pm.

Everything is going well with all the approvements being made especially the new windows. Only issue is the smoking in front of entrance I think it gives negative welcome to the facility. Also, the Key problem usage is wonderful!

The community is great, nice neighbors great access to shopping. The grounds kept up and the maintenance is great. I would recommend to anyone.

Entire Staff is Great! Maintenance is efficient, housekeeping is diligent on maintaining clean grounds, inside and out! Beth handles all the Issues from people who act like children (just saying) Hope she gets paid enough for that job!! It’s enjoyable to live here. Everyone works to keep a level of professionalism! Needs more community activities. Although neighbors are friendly when they pass in the hallways, it is hard to find those who want to connect.

I was really nervous about the whole ‘snow’ thing, but it has been really pretty (though I didn’t go outside). Things seemed to get done well before and I appreciate that . In general the staff is patient with the number of‘what if’ questions they get.

So far so good. The rug from the entry way and Barbie size hallway got replaced with linoleum. It’s pretty and easier to clean now. What’s else has been happening besides a yappy, yippie dawg that doesn’t stop barking. It’s annoying. I understand dawgs bark but not all the time like this yappy one!

Almost 4 years later I'm happy to say I'm enjoying my Stay here. Beth and her team are an exceptional access to the community. Praying that it will be affordable for me to remain here a few more years to come.

I was having an odor in my apartment so the mgr had my vents cleaned out and the AC unit to fix the problem. I am very appreciative for this . So far my place smells great. Beth , Desmond , and Terry Thank you all very much. Apartment 321

SILVERHILL has returned to the way it was many years ago. The community is one you would want to live in at 60 years old. At night its quiet & peaceful, your not afraid to walk around or go to laundry after 9:00pm. You can walk around the premises late at night, & early mornings without being afraid. Once again Silverhill is back to being a wonderful place to live in your senior years.

Warm safe environment, friendly atmosphere, courteous staff members.rental works along with my budget. Ever can use a little more activities. Like starting a garden club schedule game nights (ex) bingo nights, board games. Training days for computer and cell phone usage, learning how to budget income, and how to deal with debt.

Good experience thus far. The neighbors are nice and maintenance is exceptional. Convenient to all shopping locations. Pet Friendly and parking is convenient as well.

I have had no problems with contacting management to report any maintenance problems (which have been minimal). The manager, Beth, has been very helpful in setting up my app for rental payments.

Everyone is very friendly and the staff is very polite and efficient. Building is safe and clean. Management is courteous and professional always lending a helping hand when needed.

Friday your manager sent the janitor around with lease renewal yes a legal document sent with the janitor who would not let me touch it unless I signed it yep that’s right ask your attorneys about that legally. Told janitor I couldn’t read (cataracts) or sign anything that I haven’t read and I would take it to my attorney and have it explained to me. Janitor said no. I went down to office manage not there but the janitor was I waited 15 minutes janitor said come back Monday 12/31 and I left. Manager never contacted me. What is going on?

Quite place to live friendly people and pet friendly stores close by and restaurants are near too walking distance to mall or five minutes in car

Everything thing is going well with all the improvements being done : new windows are one example. Keeping the facility cleaning I still feel there should be a better location for the smoking area. I feel it is very uninviting to visiting guests and potential new residents.

Need to fix outside lights on the building closer to oyster point you don't have one like working close to oyster point to me that's a safe that has it.

Silver Hill is great place to live. I feel safe. The office staff is excellent, kind and helpful. The maintenance staff is great and always quick to help. Very clean place. A beautiful,always clean,swimming pool and an exercise room. Friendly residents. I’ve been her for 10 years.

So far everything is going well only the smoking situation right outside the front entrance. I believe it is a deterrence to potential to new residents who would consider Silver Hill as their new residence and the current residence with allergies.

This is a great place to live at multi- cultural, diverse, very conveniently located to any businesses you need, They are within walking distance.

Fairly quick move-in. Quiet and clean hallway. Very convenient location: near mall, multiple grocery stores and interstate. Medical center is just 10 minutes away.

The community is great. Access to all local stores and restaurants. The neighbors are friendly and the grounds and maintenance of the property is kept up. I like thr community.
