Property Ratings at Sierra
This is a good place to stay! Nothing wrong with it! The staff are AMAZING!
I’ve been living here for almost a year. I have been in need of new appliances and I’ve been told that they would come and have yet to. When it’s time for maintenance to come fix some thing that needs to be fixed they want to take their sweet time or make excuses. There’s a lot of shady people that live here. And a lot of gunshots that sound off that are awfully close. And during the duration of us living here we have gone through at least nine different managers now. And the last problem that we face is having to pay almost $1000 in electric for our heat because we have to crank it up to 80 just to get it warm enough in here because of either the draft coming through the window which have been recently caulked, or there’s something else that could be the reason for why we have to crank it that high.... either way having to pay this much for something that’s above our control is ridiculous and needs something done about it.
I have been at Bradford Glen Apartments for over 5 years and have dealt with a couple of different owners, the new owners are by far the most efficient. The new apartment manager Cheyenne rocks! I'm not going anywhere, no time soon! MeMe.
The changes they made and are making is very good and rent is reasonable they stay on top of things now and neighbors are nice and its dog friendly
