      Tucked in the Pomona Valley, Pomona is known for gorgeous mountainous views—especially those of Mount Baldy, the highest peak in the San Gabriel Mountains. Formerly a fruitful agricultural town, Pomona is now a busy city and a college town, home to California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, Western University of Health Sciences, and Western University College of Veterinary Medicine. Two additional college campuses, Claremont Colleges and Mount San Antonio College, are located just outside of the city. Pomona pays homage to its past be preserving historic buildings like the Fox Theater Pomona. The fully restored theater is surrounded by restaurants, pubs, shops, and art galleries in Downtown Pomona's Arts Colony.

      Renters in Pomona are about 30 miles west of Downtown Los Angeles. If you prefer mass transit, take the train from Pomona Station or travel by car along Interstate 10.

      So things are much better because some of those that were causing issues are gone you would get your mail this one resident would ask you for $20.00 another knocked on my door at 10pm asking for a soda.       living at this community is like living with a family. Everybody here is really close. The people that work in the office the maintenance people the security guards. They’re all great people and they make you feel like you matter. The place is always kept very clean. They power wash the sidewalks and the trashcan area. They always keep all the foliage trimmed. They have a beautiful weight room and pool and hot tub area. It’s a quiet and happy place to live. They also always have fun things like little contests where you can win a prize like counting all the jellybeans they also have times where you could go like pick up donuts or snacks in the office. They just do all kinds of stuff and the things they do and the way they are really make this place feel like it’s an apartment family I would recommend this place to anybody it is a great place to stay thank you to Sienna residences

      I love living here! My family and I have found it to be a great place to have your first apartment. The staff are friendly and accommodating.       I am going into my six year at 777 Place Apartments! This apartment is a true blessing. I call it my apartment family for good reason. Every single person that I have dealt with in the top management team to the office workers do the maintenance workers to my neighbors are above and beyond kind. i’ve never seen an apartment complex before like this one they treat you like family they’re always there at a drop of a hat. They make sure everything’s clean around you even the trashcan areas are immaculate and of course there is a beautiful gym, pool and hot tubs ! let’s not forget one of the most important things the computer room. I literally joined a college when I got here and in the six years that I have been here I have earned 3 college degrees. It was wonderful because I had access to computers at my fingertips free printing for my papers that I had to turn in the next day, and conference rooms where I could gather with my other classmates to work on projects. Not only are the apartments beautiful inside, but I can honestly say from my heart that the people that work here are beautiful inside to, and it makes all the difference. It attracts better people to the apartments, and everybody seems to gel together really well it’s a place of sanctuary and happiness, and it feels really good to be able to call this my home, if anybody is considering getting an apartment, check this place out first I promise you you will not be disappointed!!! ??

      These apartments feel unsafe and unclean. The gate on Eleanor St is constantly broken and we live right next to it. Throughout the night are people wandering close by our residence and sometimes next to the dumpster area there is stirring. Inside the apartment there is no air flow or sunlight. The bathroom becomes too moist and does not dry the moist surfaces causing mold to accumulate in the bathroom and bedroom window sill. The air is dry which irritates our sinuses but the use of a humidifier instigates more mold. Because there is no air circulation, the apartment smells of food hours after cooking. It becomes smoky quickly even when both windows and the door are open. The carpet in our apartment is very old; it is matted and stained, some stains arose the first month we lived here that do not away. The walls are thin, we can hear the neighbors from the bathroom and in the kitchen and everything that happens on the street. The air conditioning is in the living room and only cools down the living room. The bedroom gets too hot even at night time unless the air conditioning is on all night.

      Do not live here

      It is nearly impossible to go into the proper depth needed to accurately depict my experience with this property in 50 characters. I was told a week before moving across the country for dental school that my apartment was not available for move in on August 1 (a day before my mandatory orientation started). We were unaware that the mere "WL" on the lease that we signed for for a WAIT LIST. We considered seeking legal action. In addition, we were given completely skewed estimates for water/trash and electric bills. As a student, you can imagine how important properly budgeting is. The gym and single office room that is offered is open from 1-6pm and as a dental student - these times will never work. These hours are in place because COVID is only spread from 6PM to 1PM, I guess? There are no accommodations conducive to studying and many residents are very loud. Upon moving in, the apartment smelled horrible and in a lot worse condition than anything seen on a virtual tour. Someone must have smoked for years in one of the rooms because the stench is so bad, we essentially don't use the room. It is very difficult to contact anyone in the leasing office or get any logical questions properly answered. Most answers from staff take on the format of "this is the way it is because this is the way it is". I am very dissatisfied with the 777 Place and highly recommend no Western U CDM students live here

      I was skeptical about living here but management and maintenance has really been open about everything during this pandemic. They have helped a lot and been flexible. Amenities have been closed but unfortunately all LA county is closed so not much we can do.

      Look on the better business bureau website for the complaints filed against this place. It has been nothing but miscommunication and lies. They said I was eligible for a special but did not include that in the lease. Called to have then update and never got a response. It's difficult reaching anybody and later the manager Monica blames poor staffing for lack of communication. Melissa tells me she cannot tell me their policies because she's too new to know all their policies and places me on a 28 minute hold. This place has just been a major headache to deal with. Avoid this place if you can.

      So Many Issues

      The apartment complex is run down and old. None of the apartments have been updated, as far as I can tell. All of this would be fine, if the prices were commensurate with the facilities, but they are not. There are tiles missing from the pool edges. Over summer/fall the pool was closed twice for over a week each time due to maintenance issues. The doors were not hung properly or are warped; whichever the reason, they do not open or close properly. There are visible gaps around the doors from the inside which means you are heating and cooling the outside. Parking is a constant problem because they will not assign parking spaces to apartments. Why not, you ask? Simple: they don't have enough for the number of apartments. Presumably they passed the legal requirements for minimum parking by adding the available garage spaces. They charge an extra $95/month if you want a single space in a garage, so most don't. When I moved in, I discovered they had sealed the gaps at the back of my cupboards with anti-roach foam and painted over it in an attempt to make it look like a bad plaster job. I work in food manufacturing, so I recognize it. My girlfriend had to line the shelves for me because looking at it and knowing what it was turned my stomach. On top of all this, they charge a 10% late fee if for any reason the rent is late.. including when THEY changed companies and cancelled everyone's autopay. Be wary: after you sign the contract and provide first month and security, they give you a LONG list of additional rules for the complex that you are required to sign. They are essentially an addendum to the contract after the fact. One of these "rules" states you can't put any screws, nails, or hanging putty on the walls, etc. There are not enough trash cans for the buildings now either since they cut the number in half, so trash ends up stacked in those areas. I strongly recommend finding someplace else to live.

      My stay at 777 Place.

      First of all, it's expensive for the small space they have. Do not rent by the medical buildings side, the train noise and rambling at night will not let you sleep. They don't warn you about it, just remember, the train is active every 30 mnts all night. It's hellish!! No parking available! 1 space per 1 Brm apartment. sucks! Bugs here and there, shower water pressure sucks. The front office looks awesome but the apartments, stink, they just wash the carpet and who knows how old it is. Over all, I enjoyed the garden by the front but apartment sucks.

      Dog deposit incorrect

      I just recently got a dog and was expecting and budgeting for a $300 deposit only for 777 place management to say “we changed our policies this month and it is now $500 for one dog,” keep in mind we moved in March and it is now April, incorrect advertising and nowhere in the lease or on their website does it say this policy everything says $300. I do not have a cat but I can only assume the numbers they have up there are incorrect and that they charge more than stated. One cat and one dog cannot be $400 if one dog alone is $500. Apartments are nice but parking is an issue the option to have animals is great but make sure they make it clear what the rent/deposit will be ahead of time and get it in writing.

      The Management team & Maintenance team are great! We've always had great experiences with them. They are always super nice and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and they really keep the community clean. The pool and bbq area are nice to come home and relax at after a long day.

      I'm a student at Cal Poly and the best part about living here is using their tech center, I usually connect my laptop and use their wireless printer its free printing! Plus their gym is always open & I cancelled my membership at 24 hour fitness since they have a lot of good equipment and free weights. I would def recommend to other people if they're looking for a place, inside the apartments are updated it's worth it. Plus their office is open 7 days and the staff are very kind.
