My experience here has been nothing but bad. I never recommend anyone to move here because of the simple fact that they do not care about their tenants. There’s been 3 different management changes in the last 3 years, that has to say something. Rent is constantly raising when the condition of the apartments are poor and outdated. Management never picks up the phone when you call and they’re never there during business hours. Maintenance is also sorry, it takes constantly bugging them about repairs in order for anything to be done. There’s absolutely no communication between management, maintenance and tenants for anything. The way the apartments’ quality is, they should be low income based but they keep raising prices for outside repairs instead.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Management doesn't respond to emails. Nothing gets fixed. Have been without air conditioning for a month and this happens every summer. I was promised a new fridge over a month ago because mine is freezing and thawing all my food and leaking. Still nothing.

I think management is vert kind and understanding I have nothing bad to say about Tauni and I understand she was recently promoted which I love to see It feels like a step in the right direction. However I am frustrated with the amount of time it takes for a maintenance request to be fulfilled.

The apartment is really good in terms of rate, space and convenience, however they are not well maintained as there are a lot of issues in my unit since I moved in, we couldn't see this unit until move in so we were not aware of all the issues

I lived here for 18 months and overall I am severely disappointed at the lack of professionalism and just basic empathy. My mail box was broken into multiple times. In the last few months it was so bad that once when I went to go pick up the new keys after it had been “fixed” we saw that it had been broken into that same day already. My medication was stolen and when I told them, it took more than 2 weeks for them to get back to me and I only heard back once I sent them a follow up. I understand there is only so much that can be done about the issue but the replies I received seemed like they couldn’t care less about the situation. In the last month or so that I lived here the microwave stopped working. Submitted a request to get it fixed. Over a week goes by and I get a phone call asking if it still not working. Nope, not sure what is wrong. They say someone will be by later to fix, no one comes. A week later, another call, is it still broken? Yup still broken. Someone actually comes this time. Says there is something wrong like a fuse (can’t remember exactly) and they will be back tomorrow with the parts. Surprise! No one comes. Another weeks goes by, I get another call, is it still broken? Yup! They say that someone will come by that day. And you guessed it, no one came. When I dropped off the keys when moving out they told me they were finally ready to fix it! I moved out in Nov and I get a call in mid Feb with a voicemail asking to check in to see if everything was completed to satisfactory for the microwave. Was it fixed just now!? The only good part of that place were the neighbors that paid rent. Though, the people that came into vacant apartments because people figured out management left them unlocked after tenets left, not so much. Police activity was frequent because of that and frequently I did not feel safe living there. Just like the other reviews, you could tell turnover was high as you would rarely speak to the same person twice, so I don’t blame them as they are constantly trying to put out the fires someone else started. When I received the last offer letter to renew my lease it was delivered 2 days after the deadline in order to give 60 days notice for the end of my lease, when this is usually sent out weeks before that. I wrote them an email to provide my notice, and again I did not get a reply until after following up after 2 weeks. I would not recommend Sienna at Cherry Creek, or the management company Greystar to anyone.

A great place to live! Fantastic floor plans and fully loaded units. Exercise equipment, pool, courtyards, and trails and parks nearby!

There are boiler emergencies at least once a month here. This means that the hot water is shut off without any warning and the best they can say is “ We will update you as soon as we have more information on the repair.” That is a quote from the property management. Over the summer my neighbors were without air conditioning for months and property management told them to buy their own AC units. Honestly we shouldn’t have to pay our utilities when stuff like this happens! It happens way too often! Maintenance is nice and polite but they’re overworked and need a bigger team with better resources, but we all know that corporate won’t pay for that. Front desk staff is always rude and condescending to tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Though I had a positive experience interacting with a sweet lady in staff named, Janie, I ultimately chose to live in Boulder. It's closer to my place of work. She was kind and took the time to answer questions and would make the place a gold star but for the decor and trash on the property. It looks like maintenance doesn't do it's job. Trash spilling out of dumpsters and property needs painting. For the price, I'd expect more than what Sienna offers. Almost like they don't care about appearance. I didn't lease but the staff seemed friendly and attentive.but they need more than that to earn my business

Its terrible, fast turn around in management. Weve had a new company for every year that weve lived here. Short staffed, maintenance backed up. Cant use the gym unless the office is open and they wont provide a key. No one in the office talks to one another. Sent in my 60 days notice via email because they didnt know where to find the correct paperwork and still didnt note in my lease.

Anytime I've had a maintenance issue I've had to call three or four times to follow up each time I speak to a different person and I have to start all over again very unprofessional no callbacks no emails I have to continually reach out in order to get things completed

To say that this is the worst apartment experience I've ever had is an understatement. I've lived in this apartment for not even 3 months and within a few weeks of moving in, our AC unit broke. Management said that it would be fixed around the 16th of August- which is 3 weeks after it was reported. It is still yet to be fixed. After reviewing our lease, we realized that this is considered a maintenance emergency because of how hot it has been, despite the fact that management told us it was not an emergency. When we brought this issue to the office they told us to buy a portable AC unit or a window unit and they would reimburse us for it. They have since rescinded that statement. They refuse to reimburse the portable AC unit that costed over $350. I have reached out regarding these issues multiple times this week and have received no response.

I've been here about a year now. The community is nice and quiet, its very pretty and they're clearing working hard to beautify the place. For the most part, everything is fine but you really have to get after the office to anything done maintenance wise. They don't accept packages at the office which is a real inconvenience as well. But, I digress. The staff is professional and friendly and when you are able to communicate with them, they do work to at least attempt to resolve your concerns.

Maintenance requests are not done in a timely manner (3+weeks) and I think get forgotten about so you have to submit multiple requests before anything is done. There is also a business center listed as one of the amenities and there is not one.

Honestly my roommates & Is experience has been aweful it is not at all how it was presented or mentioned to us. We feel like we keep getting the run around. We gave ourselves a week to get moved, unpacked, and settled in before starting work. Here we are starting work tomorrow and we still cant unpack. There was toothpaste in the medicine cabinet from the last tenant and thats one example it is so disgusting and dirty throughout the apartment, your feet fall in the floor, everything is falling apart. We have been on the phone 5 times a day since we have moved in to get things fixed we have sat down with Bri & Monica a numerous amount of times regarding these issues. We have emailed pictures & videos. Yet nothing is done and nothing has been made right.

Very pleased to live here. It fits within my budget which is important as I near retirement. I have a two bedroom which works so well since I am working from home. I have a bedroom and an office that's not a long commute! I don't look forward to return-to-office. WFH here is pleasant!

Sienna changes property managers and employees so often that it's hard to keep communication open with them if something happens. The office staff also loves to send out passive aggressive emails that seem very targeted towards any recent altercation you've had with them.

The maintenance crew is horrible, the management is even worse. The lot is full of giant holes, and there is TRASH EVERYWHERE. The apartment needed tons of things fixed. They never message back, never email back, never call back. I can’t wait until our lease is up. WE CANT GET PACKAGES HERE. The second I complained about their crew they turned on us. Now they do everything they can do get back at us, like bullies. Now if I pay the rent 2 days late they give us a 30 day eviction notice and a gigantic fee. Even with the virus pandemic going strong. They delete my maintenance requests. They fought with me over fixing things in the apartment, they would pretend that they did, and not even touch it. They broke things in our apartment and never came back to fix them.

Hot water has been off dozens of times over the course of my 15 month lease, I considered getting a gym membership down the street to have constant access to hot water. Trees arent trimmed and damage cars. Appliances that should be replaced get patchwork repairs, they will switch out your broken appliance with a broken one out of another apartment. Windows howl when the wind blows. I am not a picky person, all I want is a hot shower and warm bed, this place could provide neither of those things. If I could go back in time I would just pay more and rent from a property in better shape.

Worst place I have lived in Colorado. Old apartments and not taken care of. Leave snow on stairs for days. Won’t respond to emails or calls basically at all.
I am living here for 7 months now. The utility charges are very high. The electricity consumption by the appliances in the house are too high because all the appliances are very old. The heat does not flow in all the rooms. I have a 2 BHK. I get heat only in 1 BR. It does not flow through the other BR and hall. I have made complaints and the maintenance guys mention this is how it will be as the buildings are very old. Almost every week I will at leasing office complaining for something.
Design of layout is inconvenient - does not leave many options on how to set up furniture. It takes away function from the fire place. Walls are very thin; you can hear your neighbor's every step. Appliances are very old. Floors are not well maintained nor changed at move-in. Doors are not well sized, so lots of heat gets lost through the cracks. The model unit is not close to what your unit will look like. False advertisement! Renovations were done in 2008! Not worth the price. There are better apartments one block south towards Yale & Yosemite. Do not waste your money on rent here.
They advertise they are here for us,t hat they will provide EXCELLENT SERVICE. I cannot get anyone to return my calls. I am AN EXCELLENT renter.
