I lived at 'The Shores of Roosevelt Park' from 2022-2023 and I ABSOLUTELY loved it. Unfortunately due to medical complications I had to move out due to needing extra help from family and not being able to live alone. The staff was extremely helpful while I was hospitalized back in 2023 with getting the paperwork together for having to leave and so kind to me while going through such a hard time and a diagnosis of Multiple Scelrosis. I am back in better health and ready to be back on my own. I knew the only place I wanted to go was back to 'The Shores of Roosevelt Park'. I am so happy I did and cannot wait to be back and apart of the wonderful community there. The leasing agent, Yesenia, has made this process so easy and has amazing communication. For me with my health it can be a little nerve wracking but she has made me feel heard, cared about and gave me options. She is ABSOLUTELY wonderful! Thank you Yesenia, from the bottom of my heart! Also, thank you 'The Shores of Roosevelt Park' for being such an amazing and welcoming community. I'll see you soon!

We have lived here close to a year and love it here! The pool is great for nice summer days, the fire pit is nice too. We put in two maintenance orders and the next day they were both fixed! Shout out to Clyde our maintenance guy for fixing the issues in a timely manner. Awesome guy! We also like how for the most part it is relatively quiet and everyone we see around the building is nice

The price is OK for the area we rented out a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom . When we moved in Everything was working OK besides door handles They made a few mistakes about are moving date saying they have availability we signed in then days before they said they didn't so we had to wait. Put in a work order 3 months ago still hasn't been fixed. Their payment system is nice and easy so thats cool. Definitely shop around...

Just recently got a new property manager (April 2021). She tried to tell me I owed money that was unpaid when I moved in, this was proven wrong. While in her office I asked her for some paperwork to look at and verify what she was saying I owed. She refuses and literally ripped the paper up and threw it in the garbage so that I may not have it. I then got passed along to the regional manager who was also unable to correct the situation. These people do this for a living but me, the tenant, had to tell them the exact amounts of money and what specifically each amount was for for them to get it right. After realizing I’m right and that the property manager as well as himself, the regional manager, were both wrong I was brushed off like I didn’t just have to deal with their unprofessionalism as well as having to correct the financial situation. What a joke this place is!

It's awesome you pointed out our great location, there are so many wonderful restaurants, businesses, and events here in the area. We really appreciate you being a loyal resident and helping to share the word about us.
This place is a dump. Don't let the photos fool you. The apartments aren't cleaned between tenants, kitchen cabinetry falls apart in your hands, and tenants smoke cigarettes and marijuana unchecked, even though the lease forbids it. The hallways reek. You're putting your health at risk by living here. The office throws weird soup parties and offers holiday gift wrapping but doesn't take care of basic maintenance. (Our door buzzer has been broken since we moved in months ago. Their excuse is that the repair man is sick and has to order a part. This is nothing more than laziness.)

I am not happy with the new owners. They are money hungry and are nickle and dime-ing us to line their own pockets. Between increase and rent and the added on fees for amenities that used to be included the rent has increased by 37.00 in a very short time. The increases have been as follows: 1) Rent went up by 20.00 per month. 2) They are now charging us for garbage. Another 5.00. 3) Carports used to be free. They are now 10.00 per month despite the fact that there is not nugh free parking for everyone in my building if no one wants to pay for a car port. 4) They are going to be charging for water. Apartments do not have their own water meters. A fee of 17.00 per month for a one bedroom apartment. The pet deposit went up substantially and the monthly fee went from 20.00 to 30.00 per month per pet. This is higher than other apartments in the area. 5) When I first applied your income per month had to be twice the rent. Now it has to be 3 times the rent. The conditions of the common areas has deteriorated since the new owners took over. The common areas and hallways are filthy. No one has cleaned them in a long time. I see the same dead bugs in the hallways. All of the rent increases and additional fees have made it extremely difficult for renters on low and/or fixed incomes. These are the renters that would find it extremely difficult to save up for a deposit and first months rent s they can move out. Before the new owners I would have recommended The Shores to anyone and everyone. Now I honestly can't do that. There are better options out there.
I love where I live! The management is so loving and they are so helpful. They even eat and love my brownies! The maintenance people are also very helpful. We have a pool here too! And plenty of landscaping to walk my little dog. This is the best place ever!
