Sherwood Forest Garden Apartments

We moved in almost three months ago now and we have enjoyed our time here so far. The people we have met are very friendly and the grounds are well maintained and beautiful. It is also fairly quiet and a great location overall.

I have been living here for a month now. And so far I am loving it. From the neighbors I did get to meet, they are nice people. The complex is gorgeous, the area is nice. Denise had been amazing the entire way through.

I recently moved into Sherwood Apartments and couldn’t be happier. I love the layout of my apartment—it’s spacious and very well designed. The management team has been extremely attentive and responsive, always providing quick solutions whenever needed. The entire move-in process was smooth and easy, without any complications. Overall, a great experience!

I have been graced to live here for 3 years and it has been an amazing experience. Awesome neighbors and the staff here is exceptional. Especially Denise our community manager, she is attune to our needs, reliable and execute with a sense of urgency.

I've been renting here for about 7 months and I have to say I am very pleased with the experience I have had thus far. The neighbors are friendly, and the property manager Denise is very kind and empathetic. She has been professional and is quick to resolve all issues around the complex. No clue what these negative reviews are about! Who knows...but my experience has been wonderful. As others have written, the move in process was very smooth and easy. Thanks for a great 7 months!!!

The manager Denise is a true gem. Upon her arrival here as the Property Manager, she has been getting things done. Her mannerism is upbeat, yet she doesn't take guff. She is by the rules, and some people don't like rules...just saying. We see property improvements; she really does care. Denise and her staff (Douglas, Alex Sr & Alex Jr) they are a dynamic team that is run like a well-oiled machine. She is very capable and competent. Mostly all of us are truly happy she has our backs. Sherwood Forest is a wonderful, beautiful place we call home. Thank you to the entire staff.

The manager Denise is horrible. Speaks to you like you’re a child and she’s above you. Horrible attitude. Very unhelpful.

Denise made our moving experience and transition seamless. She provided all the necessary information on time and as clearly as possible. Moving is never an easy task, but Denise kept the whole experience very positive and fun for us. She has since been very responsive to our questions and needs in our amazing new apartment. The move-in process was smooth and efficient. The property management team was professional and responsive, especially Denise who provided clear instructions and assisted with any queries. The timing of the move was well-coordinated, with no unexpected delays. So far the apartment is spacious and meeting our expectations.

Great spacious apartments, friendly neighbors and very quiet but the property manager is the worst. She never knows whats going on or she pretends not to. As long as she's in charge, this place will only get worse.
