You are allowing too many people to park their cars in the lots,some people have 2-3 cars here and are selling them or using the lots to use as a fixing point for outside vehicles!!!! It’s not fair for people who have one car when you turn your eyes away from the people who abuse the lot!! Make them park on red Lion road…lf they don’t run that’s not fair for people who have to walk 2 blocks while they get to have 2-3 spots!!! UNFAIR

Can’t turn off the heat and parking is an issue also no electric outlet in the bathroom is ridiculous. I’m very happy with the neighborhood in general.

Anytime if I need maintenance they come and take care of any issues. The office staff listen and very helpful. I love that everything that you need is on the property like the kids playground. My daughter loves it. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. There is a lot of shopping centers nearby.

We would often have issues with the AC & plumbing and were treated like a nuisance when asking for help, but affordable living is a luxury so I would've been willing to let that slide if it were the only offense. However because of flooding in the county over, our apartment was flooded out in 2021 and we were forced to evacuate. With nobody to stay with, it ended up costing us a lot of money. The landlord treated us horribly the entire time, and refused to let us move into a different apartment room even temporarily. We did our best to get out everything we could, and put anything else we couldn't grab on top of our beds or higher-up closet shelves. Before we could get back into the apartment to get the rest of our things, the landlord told us that he had to have his men tear out the bottom portion of the walls to prevent long-term damage. This was fine with us as long as we could gather our things at the soonest convenience. When we finally got back into the apartment to see what was salvageable, the entire place had been wrecked. The mattresses & bed boards had been knocked over, leaving them water damaged, and all of our belongings that we had put up high had been unnecessarily knocked to the ground and scattered around. Because of the wreck we were left to scavenge through, we ended up needing to make multiple trips over the course of a couple weeks, to which the landlord seemed very vocally annoyed about. We begged him to keep the AC on low during the hotter days to help limit the growth of bacteria & mold, but every day he would turn it back off when we left. He would also refuse to unlock the apartment for us on some days, despite us doing our best to just get our things and get out of his hair. Over the course of time we spent trying to get our stuff, him and his workers would often be in & out, as they were the only ones with a key. During then, the two televisions we owned had mysteriously vanished. When we confronted him about it he was very defensive and dismissive, saying he wouldn't compensate us for any of it, one reason being because we "had an unpaid ~$300 fee," despite that fee being a months old self-admitted erroneous charge on his end. Aside from the TVs, we aren't positive just how much was stolen. Nearly every sealed container we owned had been ripped open, with the contents missing. Beware of the more affordable options at Sherwood Crossing - you're likely be treated as scum and left to fend for yourself in worst-case scenarios.
I've been living here for almost 30 years. That says a lot. This is a great neighborhood, the available transportation is great. Very quiet neighborhood.

Nice place to live. No major issues. Apartment is quiet with nice view. Maintenance calls are taken serious and promptly addresse. Grounds are kept clean. Trashed is picked up everyday.
Sherwood Crossing apartments is nice and spacious, if you looking for a place with a good amount of sizing. The ladies in the leasing office is very nice and understandable. For now my stay here been good, I’ve been here for 2 months now
I love living here. Clean, good amenities, reasonable pricing and all around good community. I would recommend this place to anyone. Glad to be a resident here.

Great area and complex! I wish the pool was open earlier for morning swimmers like me though. Getting food delivered can be difficult sometimes because the drivers tend to leave food wherever, but packages are a breeze and I’ve never had an issue. Front office is very helpful, and the app makes paying rent so easy.

Great amenities! Buildings have old bones but are dressed up nice. A bit pricey but I guess everything is these days. The pool is nice and maintenance responds relatively quickly in emergencies

Living at Sherwood Crossing is really a great place to live. I have been there going on 4 years and I like it. They have lots of things to do such as gym, walking, pool table are some of things.

Honestly thought at move in that things would be very nice here - the leasing staff are very nice and helpful when moving in. They have some nice amenities like an amazon locker and gym on the premises. The actual unit itself has not been so bad. However some of the less desirable things we have encountered would include a smoking resident that makes the whole building stink. No matter how many complaints are filed from different residents nothing is done about the person. An animal trapped in the floor / walls / ceiling that the exterminator has not taken care of for weeks. The smell got so bad at one point that we thought it died in there. Residents letting in anyone to do laundry in the shared laundry room - they will take or move your clothes leaving them soaking wet or just gone. Hardly ever any room to park by your actual unit with a parking pass. I believe this could be a nice place to live depending on your neighbors and the actual dependency of maintenance workers.

I feel bad, but my overall review is not good. In the year I've lived here, I've had multiple negative encounters. From barky dogs, rude encounters with a neighbor in my building, roaches, trouble obtaining assistance with undeserved late fees, delays on fixing front building lock and screen lock on patio, to the theft of my vehicle in the parking lot. Security should absolutely be increased and made a priority by Sherwood Crossing. In addition, My apartment floor boards are uneven and for what I pay on rent, the kitchen should be updated. On a positive note, I love the pool gym , and cable amenities.

Ceiling constantly leaking. The washer has been broken for months and for the amount of rent I feel like everything should be perfect. Nice neighborhood though.

Good place to live in a great neighborhood. It's close to public transportation and plenty of shopping. The rent here is always increasing and it's getting very expensive with the cable increase

Expensive, seen a mouse and had a few roaches this is really my only complaint. Other then that this place for the most part is quiet and some of the neighbors are really nice. The place is kept up with.
Didn’t get the apartment we wanted and the apartment we are currently in has some issues that need to be fixed. It’s only the 2nd day, time will tell going further in our stay here.
SO far it's been incredible. Ciera is an incredible employee, and has made the move extremely easy. I can't wait for the pool to open! The space for dogs is incredible also.

Just moved in has been a good stay but it’s early yet. Have found bugs in kitchen but other then that place is a spacious roomy and have a nice patio.

Everyone was super friendly, and Alicia made us feel so welcomed! The community seems so peaceful and a good place to live with family. They even have a dog park which my dog will love. It really is a well family oriented community!

I have lived here for 3 yrs. The office is first rate. Someone is always there to help and will always give you an answer rite away or if they don't know they will fi d Someone who does have the answer. Maintenance has gotten so much better. Please keep up the good work.

Community is important when making a decision & this one fits all areas. It’s convenient to get to any place you need to go, malls, entertainment, of course work & very close to I-95. Let’s not forget food, grocery store(s) hospital is on the corner emergency teams: ie: police & fire station around the area, Staff is Always available, quick to address needs in apartment on grounds, kind & friendly & helpful, Amenities, definitely it has everything, small gym, entertainment lounge, pool &outside grounds for children business area for all things necessary facing, printing, having access to computer Shopping??! Get your Amazon orders ready, & the choices are yours, delivery to your apartment, to the Amazon hub or even in leasing office Peace, serenity if you want or need it. This is where you can find it. Neighbors nice, but respectful of space.quiet, even the pets are happy here, lol. Public transportation, even if you have no car, I love it here & would live no where else.
