Junky and low quality
The worst place to live. The landlord is the sweetest person, but he lets anyone live there. I would avoid this place at all costs. Majority of the people are on drugs, you can smell pot all the time. One family had 8 kids living in that tiny apartment. No privacy what so ever. One lady had the cops called because she overdosed on drugs. It is a total dump and I heard it only got worse. The apartments it self are okay for the price, nothing fancy. Just basic quality. Avoid this place like the plague

Excellent place to live, manager very responsive on fixing any issues. Very clean and friendly place to live.
