I love living here

I love my apartment, the gym is amazing and the conference room is always available. Not to mention Kieran is the best. I highly recommend.

DO NOT RENT HERE

The apartments are nice but unethical people run this property. They don't have courtesy or etiquette. They have many hidden fees which appears out of the blue and when you reach front desk they decline to help with that. You have take time out of your day job to meeting the manager during business day for any traction. I rented apartment here and regretted. I highly recommend you do not rent here and regret later.

DONT COME HERE

Maintenance is so bad here, it took 4.5 months to get my microwave fixed, it wasn't until after 4 months that we received a "loaner" microwave that was the size of an EZ Bake Oven. My neighbor's dryer took them over 6 months to fix/repair/ and ended up replacing it. When maintenance leaves your unit after doing work in there, don't expect them to clean up after themselves. wood dust/shavings left all over counter, boxes and packaging left behind, just unprofessional. Good luck getting ahold of office staff, they never answer their phone. I would call and call, and get voicemail every time. They blamed it on "phone issues" the entire time i lived there Upon moving out, they tell you they will send you a final bill to the forwarding address you give to them. I never received any bill in the mail and checked frequently for the first month after moving out. 1 month after moving out, i get a call on my work phone from a collection agency, telling me I owe $50. I never received mail, never received a phone call, just sent to collections immediately. I call the leasing office, and they told me it's there process that the bill immediately goes to collections and that it does so automatically, before they ever even try to send you a bill. That sounds crazy right? That is literally what i was told. And then I'm told the collection agency has the wrong amount. My total due is $769.19.... That consisted of water bill, carpet replacement, and holes being filled in the wall. We never did any damage to any walls, no holes in any wall, kept the carpet clean, our dog never had any accidents to the carpet. They told me they didn't see any holes themselves, but that a third party vendor gave them an invoice and they just pay it. I was told they don't go up with a vendor either to verify what they are going to bill us for, they just take what they are given a bill for and send it to collections under your name Do you like fire alarms going off for no reason at night for over an hour? This happened twice, where we had to leave our unit at night and stood outside for over an hour, just to get an email the next day apologizing, there was a malfunction. When we were touring, we were outside the office and we had TWO DIFFERENT people advise we don't live here, they literally came up to us and told us they regret living here, they told us about the thin walls, the poor maintenance, and the miserable communications from the leasing office.

The apartments are nice but they have so many hidden fees that they will just charge you. The people that run it have no clue how to run apartments and are not nice. I highly recommend you do not live here.

It's a great price for the apartment size, it's equipped with everything someone would need in their home, there are many parking options, the style on the outside and inside is well done, and the leasing agents are friendly, knowledgeable and personable.
