Seven Springs is an excellent community to live in. It's beautiful, picturesque and with well maintained landscaping and a very pleasant feel. You feel you are in the countryside, but have grocery stores within walking distance and a mall and hospital close by. Tge buildings are well kept and regularly maintained by painting, change of carpeting in hallways etc. Maintenence responsiveness is excellent, and office staff are always pleasant and efficient. The property manager, Karen, clearly supports and works hard to ensure tenants are satisfied and well taken care of. Residents are kind, decent, well-mannered, mainly family-friendly people. Thank you for maintaining these standards.

Just move in for 5 days. I found some place need to be fixed. I went to leasing office talked to Sonia,she ordered maintenance work for me immediately and told me next time I can call her instead of walking to the office. The maintenance worker come in time. They did their job very professionally. I appreciate very much for that they not only did my ordered job, but found the problem of exterior screen door which I didn't report and installed a new door for me. I feel very comfortable with such a good management and maintenance team.

Seven Springs is an oasis in a very convenient location for access to a variety of grocery, and other types of shopping. Excellent access to traveling routes, as well as being close to Boston. And it is like living in a bird, wild life area\estuary with all necessities and conveniences at your fingertips while being removed from the hustle and bustle of mainstream living.

Seven Springs is a beautifully landscaped community. The buildings are appealing. With so many trees that continue to mature and spread their beauty, it almost feels like we're living in a forest. The proximity to shopping is also a bonus for living here. We also enjoy the complementary food trucks that treat residents to some delicious food, from time to time. There isn't really much to complain about. Sometimes the elevators malfunction, but that's about the only negative I can think of.

It is a pleasure to be a resident at Seven Springs. The place is very well landscaped and well maintained. The Property Manager really cares about residents, the residences are usually very congenial and respectful. The place is clean and has excellent facilities, like a super swimming pool, a very pleasant barbecue area. The grounds are pretty and fun to have walks on. The place is dog and children friendly.

I have lived at Seven Springs just over a year. And I enjoy living here very much. Staff is always responsive and helpful. Residents are friendly and kind. As I did a lot of research when I sought an apartment, by far compared to other apartment complexes near by, Seven Springs was most well spoken of by those in the real estate business and by those who live at Seven Springs.

We have loved living at Seven Springs. The setting is beautiful, with well kept up landscapes and gardens. The Club House and spaces behind it are very pleasing and pleasant.People living here are cordial.The property manager, Karen, is excellent, most professional and always tries to help. The community is absolutely gorgeous: territory, people, atmosphere. I think our management is the best. If I could improve something I would only add the button to the door in the garage (glass door next to the elevator) that it could open by itself when you push this button, because if you have a cart of groceries or something like that it’s a little bit problematic to hold the door and make deal with your stuff at the same time.

I love my home at Seven Springs. It is quiet and clean and feels like living at a resort. The management and maintenance staff are wonderful to work with and I think the rent is a good price point for the value you get.

I am enjoying living living at Seven Springs very much, after now living here 9 months. It is primarily because of the staff, the way the property is and has been cared for, always looking fresh and clean, as well as in well cared for condition. Apartment complexes have many people with varied lifestyles. Cleanliness, maintaining that cleanliness is a challenge in such a population. The staff at Seven Springs accomplishes keeping Seven Springs looking at its' best. I as a resident appreciate it.

Seven Springs keeps the property well and attractively maintained. Any issues addressed in a timely manner. I feel the combination of having owned condos with rentals, sharing the clubhouse/pool, property raises the bar as to treating property from an owner's perspective, rather than as just a renter. It is a successful co habitation of the two factions being together.

It combines the physical beauty of ponds, trees, lawns and extensive conservancy areas with a wide variety of apartment styles and on-site and adjacent amenities in a convenient location.
