Commonly referred to as West Bank or Riverside, Cedar-Riverside has long been known as the artistic center of Minneapolis. The neighborhood attracted a slew of intellectuals, artists, actors, and musicians in the 1960s. That period of time earned this neighborhood the title of the Haight-Ashbury of the Midwest.
A couple of decades later, the open-minded culture of the neighborhood made it a welcoming place for an eclectic mix of residents, including students and creative types. Apartments have popped up along the western border formed by the I-94 and I-35W. There are cafes and restaurants on Riverside Ave., and attractive parks along the Mississippi River. The neighborhood celebrates its heritage and history annually at the Bohemian Flats Music Festival.

Property Ratings at Seven Corners
I have lived in Seven Corners for 3+ years now, and absolutely love it. There is a reason there's a waiting list every year! The units and building are well maintained. Management is very friendly and quick to respond to inquires or maintenance concerns. Super convenient location with Trader Joes and many restaurants in walking distance. Easy to get to the lightrail and bus stop. They deliver packages to your apartment. Small security concerns from time to time (it is in Minneapolis after all), but I have never felt unsafe and management is always quick to respond to any issues.
It’s wheelchair accessible and allows service animal’s, I think god sent me in the right direction.
This place is nothing to write home about. The management is very friendly and quick to act when there are any problems. The building does allow smoking in the rooms, which is a bit of a disappointment, the smoke does leach into the halls and into living spaces of adjacent apartments. The complex is dated but for the price it is to be expected. The neighborhood is wonderful, close to the University of Minnesota, bars and restaurants, and trails for biking and running. Overall living at Seven Corners Apartments is a positive experience.
This apartment is right where all the action is. I'm a Big Viking Fan and the Metrodome is minutes away. There are Great Resurants and a Theater is just around the corner. The Staff at Seven Corners is a great support team. And three times a year Staff do a community dinner for the residents. It's a very quiet building which is shocking with 90% of the resident are college students, its a great place to live. The building is always improving. And if your anything like me and don't like the ideal of family staying at your home when visiting from out of town there's the Court Yard across the street. Perfection!!!! Go Vikings!!! Stephanie W, Minneapolis MN
This is the perfect balance between living comfortably and living within your price range. Other options in the same area may cost twice as much for a similar space. It is in a perfect location near the University of Minnesota and only a short walk to the light rial. Seven Corners offers everything one needs to live comfortably yet sensibly.
This apartment community is the one you are looking for which contains all you need and the place is just great! I would like to suggest this to my friends.
