Sequoia Park Apartments

Still waiting for the front gate to be locked after hours. Still waiting for the tenants parking area lights to be replaced and working. Still waiting for the mud to be cleaned up in the parking area and something done to prevent the mud from seeping into the lot every time it rains.

5 stars as always! I've been given a new opportunity on life in total and the staff has been nothing but supportive through it all! Thanks to everyone.

Debra is working very hard to make sure this is a great place to live. She is very dedicated in taking care of our complaint and requests. I do wish there was more parking for the handicapped as we still have a problem of non tenants taking up our spaces. Often times some of us have to park out in the vistor parking area. I wish we could have paid assigned spaces for us.

Sequoia has an outstanding management team. They are friendly and respectful. Deborah is all ways quick to respond to any problems that I might experience. Maintenance is courteous, polite and always leaves the area where the repair took place clean. Landscape is well maintained.

Love Sequoia Park Apartments! Love my apartment, the helpful and caring staff, excellent maintenance department, fun and personable activities coordinator and the always exceptional bus driver! The grounds and park and pool are simply lovely. Also the friends I’ve made over the years. Cannot beat this community!

Sequoia Park is a wonderful place to call home. With its beautifully landscaped and well kept up properly, you'll Love the spacious rooms, pet friendly apartments here. The staff is very professional and courteous that show a lot of respect for the community here. Maintenance is very helpful, they get the job they need to do done!

Everything was great! Debbie was great and very responsive to my needs. The only issue was the apartment was not clean, I had to do a lot of cleaning before I could get everything in place. Debbie was aware of this issue due to her working to get me in on the scheduled day. Other than that everything went smooth as butter. I think I am going to love it here!

It's a quite place. I'm comfortably I am able to write and research. The staff is always professional, and understanding.. I feel like Im at home.

We’re really enjoying all the community events available here. From Bingo to BBQ, it’s nice to know our neighbors. And it’s a very dog friendly community, too. Thanks Sequoia Park

My living experience in Sequoia Park is beyond my expectations. I am now on my second lease! I love my Terrace and pleasure in decorating and tweaking the look on an ongoing basis. My two bedroom Unit provides ample space for my requirements and the service both from the front office and the maintenance staff is excellent. I will not hesitate in my positive recommendation to prospective new tenants!!

It's peaceful I love this place. I feel like I'm finally home. The management is kind, any questions I have they are always willing to help.

I love the my experience so far everyone has beeen so friendly to not only me but to my kids as well from the sigingg of my lease to the actual move in they have been with me every step of the way

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Most are ready to help if you need anything. It is quiet and clean. Love watching all the birds and squirrels and wildlife.

We Just moved in and are happy so far. Everything is very nice and ready for us on move—in day. There was Lots of paperwork but I think it will all be worth it.

Just moved in and think it's a nice quiet neighborhood and to me that's exactly what I was looking for. I was treated like family when I went in to the leasing office at anytime.

There were several issues when I moved in. Debra was good at addressing the issues. However ac was out. Toilet flooded, sink stopped up for about a week. Front door is not hanging properly so I had to add weather stripping that I bought. Chain for light in living room too short I can’t reach. Light bulb in bathroom still not available. My major concern is the sliding glass door does not Lock!! Major issue. Was told to put a broomstick.

I just moved in , but so far I already love it here. Everyone if so friendly and the staff are always more than happy to help me with anything I need.

Really amazing couldn’t have been better. I wouldn’t change a thing about it. It’s been great since I moved in, everyone is friendly and the amenities are great.

I Enjoy Living Here at Sequoia Park Apartments. I Love Getting Together With Other Residents At Our Gatherings For Potluck, Bingo, Playing Cards, and Listening to Some Music. The Staff are Kind and Caring.

I have been here two years now. And I still love it here. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's nice and quiet. I real like the view from my patio. I like bird watching . I have house Sparrows. House finches. Dark eyed juco. Cardinals. Blue Jay's, white white wing doves. Morning doves.

It’s ok for the most part, too many non resident cars that park in resident parking. If they are not I. The lease and don’t have resident parking sticker they should be parking in non resident area

I work as a groundskeeper at Sequoia Park Apartments and even before I moved in all of the neighbors were excited to see another face join the community. Now, my new neighbors always ask how I'm doing as I pass by as well as if I enjoy the hospitality they offer.

First day here I was able to get some breakfast, all the staff and residents have been so kind and welcoming. Ms. Eva is an amazing person on staff she really helped me through this whole application process and getting approved. She would stay in communication with me when ever she had any updates to tell me. She is just an amazing beautiful person.

Since I've moved here, I haven't had any complaints. It's quiet and a place to call home. The office personnel is nice and there to help.

Thanks to our wonderful Manager Debra, several items on my “Request” List have been addressed. The first 2 parking spaces behind Bldg. 3 are clean & clear, after years of neglect. The hallways of Bldg. 5 have been power washed & look so much better. Now if we could get the doors and railings cleaned it will truly help us shine THANK YOU DEBRA!

The whole place was such and amazing part and super fun to use and I liked all the people super friendly and nice. I would reckoned anyone to live here

Our experience has been great. Fairly quiet, for apartments. Nice green areas with shade trees. Swimming pool well maintained. Enjoy the garbage picked up at our front door

Let me start by saying I have enjoyed my stay here at the Sequoia, everyone has welcomed me and my family with open arms and the ladies and gentlemen on staff have really been helpful. Thank you all so much.

I love it here so far..... great property and staff! They do an amazing job keeping all the grounds, buildings, etc very clean and tidy. They are also all very nice and helpful whenever you have a question or issue.

Nothing short of amazing, friendly grounds staff . Highly recommend to anyone new to the area they have transportation and other great amenities such as community centers and activities

Nobody is a perfect 5 star so I'm giving a near perfect 4 star rating. The office mgmt beens over backwards, sideways, and every which way to make sure I am helped and my needs are met. The property (for the most part) is kept clean and managed. The maintenance team is cordial and manorly.

Love it here, apartment is roomy, quiet, grounds crew does an excellent job on keeping trash and debris picked up, haven't had to use maintenance yet, love the communication that office has with tenants, would highly recommend

Love it here service at front desk was great...the process to rent was easy to follow . All the extras thar come with living here is wonderful plus its pet friendly.

Couldn’t think of a better place i would want to stay, they treat you really well and the amenities are a plus. My favorite part is the bus, I take it often and really enjoy not having to drive everywhere.

Overall it's a good quite place to live, no noise issues,people don't bother you.I just don't like how often and how long it takes for the Elevator to be fixed when it is out of service.

Home= A nice place to live, where there is a peaceful setting, quiet areas to sit and chat with friendly neighbors. Fun events to share with other residents, especially during the holidays.

Sequoia park apartments is very nice. Spacious apartments with lots of amenities. Activities and library. Laundry room. Pool in season. Good neighbor program. Very nice friendly neighbors. Pets welcome. 24 hour emergency maintenance. Friendly staff. Walking park next door. Lots of trees, and a pond with ducks.

I like living here at Sequoia Park apartments. It's a quite place to live at. It has nice parks on the property. I like to go to the dinners, wish we had more of them to attend.

My neighbors are all very friendly and helpful. I like to stop and visit with them. The office staff is also helpful and keeps us informed of events coming up.

So far so good, I love it here & the staff. You have a problem they are coming right away to help and assist you. I love the resources and amenities it is the best.

I love it here . It's quite. Friendly Neighbors. There is always have something at the recreation center. They have a community best that will take you to the store walmart twice a week.

I have lived here one year and overall have had a Good experience. Maintenance is great when needing something fixed, they're there pretty quickly and do a great job. The women in the office are exceptionally fantastic! Deborah goes out of her way to make her tenants happy. They have a lot of planned activities that are really fun because you get to meet a lot of the people here. Overall it's a fantastic place to live! I have met some of the nicest people here that I've ever known in my life.
