Property Ratings at Sequoia Grove
My husband and I have lived in several of the apartments in Canby over the years and we were so thrilled to be able to move into the new Sequoia Grove Apartments! They have all new appliances, which is a major upgrade for us, as well as the A/C and fiber internet option. Other additions that I'm really enjoying are the built-in bookshelves and quartz counters! Aside from the obvious upgrades, the new building design of this place has REALLY improved noise-level between units (compared to older apartments we've lived in). We have only heard our neighbors on move-in days, and I'm so thrilled that I haven't heard a single toilet flush from our neighbors above us! The management team is also the best we've ever had. Macy gave us our tours in the beginning, and she was so incredibly helpful with answering all of our questions and allowing us to tour the different unit layouts. Nicole also keeps in touch with us all the time, making sure we are notified of any package deliveries to the front office (we order from Amazon A LOT), and keeping us in the loop on when they are testing the fire alarms and working around our building. They also provide trash and recycling pick-up at your front door, which is the best idea since sliced bread, no joke! The only improvement I could wish for at this place is access to the logging trail from the complex. I grew up biking and running on the logging trail because I always had easy access to it, and it would be so nice to just walk right onto the trail from my home again... but as of right now going over to Baker Prairie Middle School is the closest access. Other than that, my husband and I are hoping to stay here for quite some time. There has always been a lot of pressure for us to buy a house and get out of the terrible apartment life. But now that we have found an apartment that is actually nice, updated, with amenities in a gated community, we are ready to relax in the hottub and settle in to our home.
