I love living here. Sold my house and went back to apartment living and I cousins be happier with my choice. Sequel is so nice, the units are all great quality, the clubhouse is awesome and the rental rate is fair.

the mailroom is a hot spot for criminals to enter and steal out packages. It has happened to me many times. Also, I was hit with many fees when I transferred from my old unti to my new one.

Pleasant place to live, albeit very over priced. The rail makes for a lot of disturbances while watching movies. And the amount of dust you will contend with is something to marveled. And lets not forget that the water from the tap basically has sand in it(figuratively speaking), but for now it's "newness" still makes up for most of the short comings.

I loved moving in and living here! Move-in everything was done ahead of time and the staff communication was great. I literally had to go in on move in day and it took 5 mins to get keys and paperwork and that was it! They give lots of flexible options to pay rent and everything is detailed and laid out for you.

Great community. Management is attentive, amenities are top notch, common areas are kept clean. Lots of nice Landscaping. 9 foot ceilings are a nice touch.

So happy with my choice to rent at Sequel! I would recommend.
I'ma current renter at Sequel and it really is not worth is to lease here. its new and looks nice but the management/leasing team is terrible at getting back to residents and have had all the luxurious common area they advertise and have pictures of closed all weekend. They don't tell they only have it open from 10-6 M-F, and then 9-5 on Sat. It's closed from 5 pm Saturday until 10 am Monday which is when the majority of users would want to use it. Management has received 10+ residents complaints about this issue and does nothing to remedy it. They also charge you common area fees/electricity whether you can utilize it or not. Plus they continue to rapidly increase rent despite poor access to the amenities and issue during their build. -Constant shorts with electric appliances that rip the breaker and make cooking a hassle. - advertise a tv in the gym with app access but have no control to make it useable -charge an extra $9 per month on processing fee for rent payment even if you use a bank/e check -package room is overwhelmed with carriers just dumping packages as they don't have access to the locker/the room itself -trains are pretty noisy and run mostly at nighttime. lots of freight trains; the light rail isn't bad -you don't get a key; just a key fob for your unit and for which is a pain to use vs a regular key -garages and poor and hav broken multiple times already; super tiny too. -charge you for outdoor parking but the lots doesn't even have painted lines still there's just better options in the area for the cost. places with common areas you can actually use and more attentive leasing staff. rapidly increasing rent and don't negotiate at all.
Overall turning into a poor value. No weekend common area access.even weekday access closes at 6. Property management team is not very responsive with issues/complaints. Already have had maintenance having to enter my place more in the 2 months here than the previous 2.5 yrs I lived at my last place. And this is to replaced chipped/dented appliances the builders damaged during construction…seems like a quick walk thru PRIOR to move in would have been easy to spot and reduce this inconvenience. Multiple days they have done follow-up work that didn’t allow use of garage. Had to re do sealing the pavement yet still haven’t painted lines…likely needing another day without access. Had a community get together with some raffles but then never proceed to give the prizes out. Then never sent an email out about who received them. Seems pretty suspect/ shady and seems like the management team pocket for themselves. No alcohol offered. Pretty complex. Just poor management and value for what you pay for. There are lots of other new complexes in the area with amenities that you can actually utilize and much more responsive management teams.

My apartment is fabulous... the space is efficiently laid out and beautiful, and the appliances are top-notch. All-in all, my unit is very luxurious! The on-site management is readily available and is ALWAYS very responsive and friendly! It's an absolute pleasure to live here!
Professional, relatable, relational! Super friendly staff. Quick to respond and provide any help needed, whether it be maintenance or leasing office related. Incredible area - quick to downtown, and quick to the mountains. Great location with all the stores I need nearby. Pool area is also amazing! Absolutely love it here!
So far, living here has been great. The location is great, the community / neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are friendly, and the staff is great. They are attentive to your needs, quick to respond, take action, & make you feel cared for.
