Neighborhood

LoDo, short for Lower Downtown, is Denver’s oldest neighborhood, touting the largest concentration of Victorian and early 20th-century buildings in the United States. Extremely frustrating experience

After paying rent on time in full for 14 months straight, suddenly I was banned from paying rent because of an insufficient fund charge that was quickly resolved. This means for the past 6 months I've had to pay rent through cashiers check, which has been insanely difficult with a broken ankle and visiting sick family members. Everyone I've talked to has been insanely unhelpful, even though I have already proven I have sufficient funds in my account to pay rent.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration you’ve experienced, and we completely understand how challenging this situation has been, especially given your personal circumstances. Per our community policy, after two instances of insufficient funds (NSFs), we do require certified funds, such as cashier’s checks or money orders, for a period of six months. This policy is in place to help ensure successful future transactions. After that six-month period, residents are able to resume making payments through the online portal. If you believe there was an error with any of the NSF charges, we would be more than happy to investigate further. Our goal is always to provide a seamless, supportive experience, and we want to work with you toward a meaningful resolution. I will personally be in contact. Wonderful Place DT Denver

Great staff! Garrett answered all my questions while taking the tour and responded to my emails immediately. The apartment complex is in a quiet and clean area of Denver while at the same time being within walking distance from all the great things that Denver offers. The building has great amenities and each unit I looked at was modern and comfortable.

Great apartment!

Not only does this apartment have great amenities - but every request I have is fulfilled quickly. I needed to repaint some walls and Tanner was so quick and detail oriented with it.

Best amenities and quick response maintenance

I had a problem with garbage disposal and I put work order in the Sentral app. Maintenance showed up quick and he was polite, friendly and get the work done! I am very impressed with Keith. He did a great job!

The BEST apartments in Denver

I cannot even begin to express how much I love living here. The complex itself is kept extremely clean, the staff are friendly, the amenities are the best in Denver, and they have so much to offer beyond that. I’ve lived at a few different complexes and Sentral blows each one out the water by far. Location is prime, the apartments themselves have amazing layouts, and it is truly such a community feeling. I would recommend this building to everyone and anyone. They offer tons of community events, deals on rent when moving in, and really try to give the residents and hotel quests a community feel.

Great amenities, okay management/service

This is a beautiful building with top notch amenities. However communication from management is average at best (though has gotten a bit better with new manager in fall 2022). I've lived here since late 2021 and the property has not met my expectations, but is good enough to stay because moving is a pain. Maintenance/cleaning team is great. Parking and certain amenity fees are ridiculous.

wonderful location, friendly neighbors, dedicated staff, and thoughtfully catered resident events

I decided to sign a lease for an unfurnished 1-BR/1BA sight unseen and I could see myself living here for a while! The layout accurately reflects the floorplan and virtual tour online. I am pleased with the large walk-in closet, ample kitchen cabinet space, and other features like the tile bathroom flooring and carpeted bedroom. The pool and gym are just the icing on the cake to a wonderful location, friendly neighbors, dedicated staff, and thoughtfully catered resident events. Access to the south Platte River and surrounding parks is less than a 10-minute walk away which is great for getting the dog outside, and it’s about a 4-minute drive to hit I-25 for mountain adventures. If you are deciding on your next place to live or visit in Denver, then look no further than Sentral Union Station.

Sentral Union Is the Place to BE-Come Join our Fun

Sentral is awesome because the location is in the center of downtown, above Whole Foods and close to Coors Field. Union Station is a block away for a quick ride to the airport. Sentral has lots of events which the neighbors can all meet up and be social. Concierge's team and manage has been great to work with. They are very friendly and happy to help if you have questions. Our pool is the best in downtown because of all the extra seating, umbrellas and hot tubs. Come visit and see for yourself!

Astonishing Luxury Apartments in Denver

I recently enjoyed moving into this luxury apartment in Denver, next to Union Station and on top of Whole Foods. The ¾ wall unit is stunning, with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and a modern kitchen. The living room is spacious, with large opening windows letting in plenty of natural light for my plants and serene views of Union Station, Rockies stadium, and the Rocky Mountains! The bedroom is also very comfortably sized, with my king-size bed, desk, and tv all leaving room to walk around. The bathroom is well-appointed, spacious, and modern, with a large shower and soaking tub. Sentral’s location is perfect, steps away from Union Station. This makes it easy for me to network with businesses all over Denver, utilizing the train service next door. There are also several restaurants and shops within walking distance. CVS, Whole Foods, King Soopers, Ace Hardware, and Target on 16th Street Mall provide all my essentials. The staff at the apartment complex are amicable and helpful. They were always available to answer any questions and would stop me to dote my dogs with attention every time I walked them by the front desk - Sentral is the kind of community where you know the names of people you ride the elevators with. The main draw that keeps me here is the Grand Hall space with the large vaulted ceilings, dedicated office space, morning coffee service, new pool table, large community kitchen, multi-level gym, and a fantastic community that welcomes you into the fun and activities. Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying at this luxury apartment experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient place to stay in Denver. We Love Our Apartment!

Sentral parking contest!!

Sentral is the best apartment/hotel in Denver Colorado! Never any problems and always on top of maintenance. People are always friendly in the building. The amenities are the best I’ve ever seen including the coolest rooftop pool in town. Always vibrant and jumping with people. The views are spectacular. Sentral

I’ve lived at Sentral for a few months now and love it. My unit is beautiful and overlooks Coors Field, the grounds themselves are always clean and well manicured, and the gym was extremely surprising to me. I’m a powerlifter, so walking in and seeing REP Fitness and Rogue equipment was shocking. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is great, and I basically get to live in a resort. Highly recommend!

Maintenance Staff is Quick and Efficient. Building is Beautiful!

My Washer and Dryer went out yesterday and Tony M and Keith P had it replaced with a beautiful washer and dryer within 6 hours of my work order reported. I am living on site for work and the team went above and beyond for me today. The building is beautiful and the staff is very friendly as well. I enjoy living here and will be sad to leave!!

When home meets Happiness

I moved into Sentral in mid July 2022 and can not be happier with my decision. The building and amenities are beautiful and the apartments are amazing! Most importantly the people here are so friendly and helpful! Dani and Aubroyne are incredible and have taken care of anything I needed help with. The events they throw are great, the only constructive criticism I have is they should invest in those more to bring tenants together!

Sentral is the place to be!

If you are looking for a place to live, don’t sleep on Sentral! You are downtown in the middle of all the action! Right outside my door was the Avs Ice Hockey Championship parade! How cool?! Also, Dani and Bre plan the best activities and events for our community! Pool parties, sip & paint nights, dog parties! It’s amazing! As a young professional that works remotely, I am so grateful to be a part of a community within my building!

Low Value & Poor Service Not Worth the High Dollars

Bottomline: You Don't Get What You Pay For. Resident of 4 Years. Value has declined so significantly while Cost has soared. Will not be renewing again as Service as Quality value aren't worth my dollars. I've contacted Management about each of these issues over and over through the years and they've failed to take action to improve their performance, the same poor service & behavior continues. Mgmt usually responds to these public posts asking you to contact them to understand better - they have been told all this many times and they've chosen to do nothing. Bottomline: You Don’t Get What You Pay For. Resident of 4 Years. Value has declined so significantly while Cost has soared. Will not be renewing again as Service as Quality value aren’t worth my dollars. Mgmt: Contacted about all this. Do-nothing attitude for basic quality of life. More focused on phony hip/young image efforts for Instagram. All of the below issues existed Pre-COVID. So recent Covid impacts aren’t to blame. Coffee amenity: fewer machines than before, those are frequently broken Concierge: always MIA at Building 3 desk. Used to dress biz professionally; now they dress like it’s their day off, can’t tell who works here. Gym: Gross. Promised towel service, usually no towels. Cleaning wipes and hand sanitizer typically empty for months. Mgmt continually told; performance never improves. Noise: Bad. Door slamming loud and rocks your unit. Hear and feel ever step your neighbors take. Mgmt ignored me about adjusting the hydraulic arms on doors to prevent violent slamming. Stench: Bldg 3 perpetually stinks. Hallways like rotten eggs. Mgmt notified many times, do nothing. Elevators: Frequently locked down or broken. LONG wait times. Residents not allowed use stairs. Mgmt refuses to improve. The Parcel Pending system and Mgmt’s organization of that room is great. Homeless: Multiple times homeless break in and get to the 4th floor and take baths in the jacuzzis. There’s always trash, urine, piles of vomit, and diarrhea sprayed on the ground outside our doors. Violence & Safety: Very violent neighborhood. Shootings and no word from Mgmt to warn us. Police presence after fugitive. Police tape on a neighbor’s door. Thinking there was a rape or home invasion, Mgmt twice ignored when I asked, never found out.

Amazing in Every Way

We spent a recent month in a furnished one bedroom apartment at Sentral and loved everything about it. The location is the very best, just steps to great dining and outdoor cafes. All types of shopping options are within walking distance including the Whole Foods and CVS which are literally in the Sentral building. The apartment was tastefully furnished and all needed supplies were provided including dishes and cookware. We appreciated the small touches which included essentials like toilet paper, dish soap and personal care products. The building's amenities are first rate and beautiful - the pool, gym and aptly named Grand Hall. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location and team

We moved in about 2 months ago, and love the amenities and social events coordinated by the Sentral team. Shout out to Jack and Dani who work in the Chestnut building! They are so professional, friendly and helpful - always going above and beyond to provide a great service experience!
