Property Ratings at Senter West Village
The apartments are very quiet,there's a lot of space around the apartments, for playground equipment,but there isn't any playground equipment,they do not clean their hallways, they do not clean the laundry room. I have offered to help them clean it for a matter of $10 every weekend,they have refused my offer, there is no smoking area, there is no central air like the ad says, there's no change machine in the laundry room,even though the washer and dryer take only quarters,they change rules, and policies without giving you a notice. Other than all of that it's a pretty nice place.
Can’t throw away trash when the trashes are full but they stay full for a week or so because the truck drives can’t get to it because of snow? And nobody can plow the parking lots for some reason..
Very bad maintenance and management on site. Cannot get anything fixed in my apartment and other tenants apartments as well. Not just petty things either, necessity appliances and structures. No maintenance done to dog park or parking lot even during snow. Hopefully the management changes.
