My family and I have been enjoying our new home with its amenities! Leasing staf and maintenance are friendly and helpful.
Sendero Trace is great. I love the sizes of the apartments, very space with amazing finishings. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with great amenities and easy access to main roads. Its been great living here. I have no complaints whatsoever and I love the coffee bar.
Great community, great home layouts. Love being so close to a piece of nature. Fast maintenance.

So far I have really enjoyed my experience at Sendero Trace. The amenities are amazing, especially considering the cost of rent. It's not the cheapest rent in the world, but it's very reasonable for what you receive. The cost is worth it for the kitchen alone to be honest! I never hear my neighbors which is surprising because I am on the first floor. I love how friendly and helpful the office staff is and I love that we are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town that we don't hear city noise all that much, if at all. From my backyard I actually have a pleasant view of nature. I highly recommend living here!

The apartments are extremely nice, and the complex has all of the amenities you can hope for. I’ve lived in 6 different places just in San Marcos, and Sendero does the best in every category.

Excellent place to live! Very tranquil and peaceful property. Amenities are excellent and staff is very helpful! 2 resort style pools and excellent grilling areas. Great place to walk your pets. Minutes from major stores for shopping. Easy access to IH-35. Fast response time from maintenance. Wonderful room layouts. Very clean property. Highly recommend!

This community is gorgeous. EVERYONE is friendly. The layout I have has high ceilings, TONS of natural light, and the most beautiful property maintenance. I absolutely adore this place.

I moved into Sendero Trace wanting a comfortable living at an apartment that is close enough to town, but not in town. That is exactly what I received. Location is in-between San Marcos and New Braunfels, but out in a quiet area. Residents are quiet and polite, management is very nice and welcoming, and the amenities are great. Highly recommend.

Office staff is really helpful, the apartments are quality and considerate for human use. For example the entry bench is such a nice touch. The clubhouse is really nice too.
