Could not be more pleased with my experience living at Selene. The leasing office and management are great - Chelsy and Sam are very friendly and helpful. I was denied for requesting a replacement for my refrigerator water filter and was told it is because for unoccupied units, it was a waste of resources. I don't understand how that applies to me living in an OCCUPIED unit.

Love this apartment complex! Having access to the light rail trail, especially during this time, has been amazing! The staff and maintenance team are incredible! Being new to Charlotte, I couldnt imagine living anywhere else!

The condition of the apartment and the neighborhood are great.
I moved into Solis when they first opened roughly. I have been here for nearly 15 months and it had changed a lot. The cleanliness of the overall building is less then it use to be, people don't care as much. The entire staff has changed also. Hallways, elevators, common areas just are not as clean as they use to be. The pool is a nightmare in the summer and the rules is not enforced to limit how many people come through. The parking garage is poorly made, people just ZOOM down the garage and nearly hit you constantly. Safety is an issue as well, the gate never works right. We have passes but you don't even need the pass to get in the gate. Just needs focus again on the community.
I love living at Solis Southline! The complex is super trendy and gives off a happy, positive vibe. The staff is very nice and its in a great location!
Solis is an amazing place to live. The apartments are gorgeous and the staff is amazing. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else is South End.

Solis Southline has been a great introduction to the South End area. We wanted to be in South End for multiple reasons, and it has exceeded our expectations! The staff is very friendly and always hosting fun events to bring the community together. The facilities are top notch and would recommend this place to anyone.
