I’ve been at Second Avenue Apartments for a little under a year the community is great and the staff are top notch. I love living downtown!! Maintenance concerns are always taken care of very quickly. My apartment has been great with beautiful countertops and high end appliances. Best place I’ve lived in Columbus, GA!

I’ve really enjoyed my time here so far. The management time (especially Nigeria) has made this process so seamless and exciting. The apartments themselves are very nice and I am excited to be apart of this community.

Amazing community, spacious rooms and amazing kitchen countertop. Very quiet and staff is amazing and always there when help is needed . Hallways and doors are always cleaned . Hallways smell really good

Leasing office staff is fantastic. Any question you have or issue they handle within a timely manner and so far this has been one of the best renting experiences I’ve had.

Living here has been fantastic. The apartment is modern and beautiful. The complex is in a great location close to downtown. It is quiet and safe.

I enjoy living here and it’s only been two weeks! My neighbors are awesome, the management team is amazing and got back immediately with me on my concerns. I love my home and I can’t wait to get more experience. I even received a 55inch tv!-HN ??

Pros: Great staff Awesome maintenance Very convenient location Very modern interiors Cons: Noisy as hell - hallways act as echo chambers and I can literally hear other people in their apartments No tubs (shower only) No amenities (pool, fitness center, rec room)

2nd Avenue is very clean, well-mannered, and caring. Their staff, Aaliyah & Nigeria, were very welcoming even though this is my first time getting my own apartment they were the best I could ever ask for. If your thinking about moving here come its very nice.

I really love the apartments at Second Avenue - the apartments themselves are very spacious and all of the appliances are up to date. The staff is very easy to get ahold of and are all super nice and helpful. Maintenance is very quick and efficient when you put in a request, and are very communicative as well. I highly recommend Second Avenue to anyone looking to live there!

Nigeria is the best!!! She was extremely helpful and positive throughout our move-in process. She worked tirelessly to get my roommate and i moved into our apartment as soon as possible. I recommend her to everyone now.

Second Avenue Apartments is a great choice if you’re a college student. The apartments have a luxury feeling to them that your friends would be jealous of. Second avenue apartments is only 3 blocks away from an entrance to the riverwalk and only 4 block an away from fine dining in the downtown area.

Great beautiful apartments, very spacious . Nice quiet neighborhood & friendly staff I love the modern style , I love the spacious white counter tops and and spacious clothes closet .

Nigeria and Aliah was great! They made the move in enjoyable. The customer service was great! They welcomed me with open arms. I'm glad I chose this community to start my new life

The apartment is beautiful and modern. The appliances are new. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. The apartment building is quiet. Overall, great experience!

We applied to live at Second Ave and they did not have any available apartments. We were put on a waitlist and were contacted over a year later asking if we were interested. We had declined due to having moved away. We then had a $100 application fee charge randomly emailed to us. This was almost 2 years after the first application. They should charge this fee upfront. It is unacceptable to wait for almost 2 years before charging this. They were not willing to waive the fee.

Awesome location. Very quiet, safe, and great scenery. I'm going to enjoy walking in the fall for downtown events and dinning. Moving in was a breeze. The leasing staff is awesome.

Apartments are great. Open space with plenty of storage and modern amenities. Best apartment I’ve ever stayed in. Couldn’t be any happier. It’s also in a great part of Columbus that is experiencing a revitalization.

Everything has been kept up very well around the complex always keeping a positive image. The only problem that I've had at all so far was hearing a dog for a couple days that must have been going through an emotional time.

Great place, can't really complain. A bit pricey for the lack of amenities. But staff is good and building is well kept. Apartments keep sound in pretty well. My neighbor's have two huge dogs and I don't hear them. Only time you really hear things is when people are walking in the hallway past your door playing music or having a conversation. Otherwise I don't hear anything. The location makes up for a lot also. You are pretty near most anything you need. 10ins Walk away from the river walk or downtown, and there are places near by. I enjoy and I would renew my lease.

The apartment community is quiet, with no disruptive outside activities. Landscaping is very well maintained. The staff is always considerate and helpful.

Love everything about this place minus one small thing. The AC units are in each apartment and can be very loud sometimes but if you get past that its an amazing place to live. Especially if youre stationed on fort moore

I enjoyed my stay here at this apartment complex, I only ran into two issues, that was noisy neighbors and the lack of “ security cameras on property” when my car was vandalized with no useful cameras.

It’s awesome living here! I have no complaints at all! Everyone here is friendly from leasing management to even people you meet in the stairwell.

Quiet and clean. Modern and stylish interiors and exterior. Wonderful location, within walking distance to downtown/uptown area. Great place to live.

Trash can pick up has been a little slow lately. Don’t know if there has been a shift change or new worke. Just don’t want to leave stuff out front for long periods of time if I don’t have to. Thank you.

The location is very conscientious being so close to downtown restaurants and shops and the dragonfly trail. Not many amenities offered and this that are… they aren’t well looked after. The dog bins are never emptied so they’re overflowing with bags of dog poo. The electric car charge has not worked since we moved in almost a year ago. The office continuously says they are trying to schedule an appointment with the owners of said chargers but I don’t think that should take a whole year….. to be paying the price I’d imagine everything would be a bit better

It’s quiet and a nice place to stay I would recommend others to come and stay here. I have nothing to complain about and I’m looking forward to my future stay

Very beautiful apartments and quiet area. Also close to downtown but not too close! Gorgeous interior design, it's very boujee on a budget and that's perfect for me.

The area's great. It's away from the city for the most part. Only issue we have is the random train horn in the middle of the night. Overall it doesn't stop us from loving the apartment.

Amazing turnover of my unit. Extremely attentive. Worked with me while out of state, to make the moving experience seamless. There were two tiny scuffs in the ceiling paint which don't bother me but they immediately offered to have it fixed before I returned in a week. Highly recommend this upscale community.

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The lcoation is close to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is quite & safe. I love the modern look inside & very spacious . I highly recommend.I give this place 5 star ratings

Great so far. Lease process has been easy going and it’s helpful that we are able to do almost everything online when determining what apartment we want.

Honest review coming at you . This is my second one bedroom apartment that I have lived in . The maintenance here is so good lol you put in a request and two days later Troy has it fixed no issues . The apartment itself is amazing . New building don’t doesn’t smell old or have that old 80’s look like a lot of apartments have and to lazy to remodel. If you’re looking for a new place to call home I would recommend this place ! :)

Lots of restaurants and places to visit. Would love to get more street lights around the area. Quiet most of the time but can get very distracting when the train passes by late at night.

The application process is very simple and easy. The staff is very nice and courteous. The floor plan are spacious and modernized. Close to downtown for shopping and entertainment.
