Lauren was very responsive and so helpful throughout the move-in process! Her organization and timely responses made moving in a really smooth process. The building is well maintained, the units are stunning, and the location is amazing. My only suggestion is that most apartment building have a coffee machine in the lobby for residents to use- I was surprised that this building does not have that.

I moved into this building a few months ago and I love it! The design was well thought out and the building has even won some architectural awards...very cool! I love that you can basically walk anywhere, to do anything; especially now that the weather is warming up and places are loosening restrictions. The rooftop will be the place to be for sure this summer. The staff is great and very communicative and organized from what I have dealt with so far. My dog and I plan to call this home for a very long time.

Had a rather unpleasant experience as a tenant at Second & Second leading me to end my lease early and move to a different apartment in the North Loop. Management is unaccommodating, even for the simplest of requests... This apartment is NOT pet friendly, however, you are allowed to have a dog. LOL.

Second Second is in the premier area of the North Loop. It is perfectly situation for restaurants and retail. This part of the North Loop will also see a ton of future growth with the current development projects in the work. A good area to be. The layout of my one bedroom is great. Plenty of space for one person. The skydeck has one of the best views of the city. Plenty of modern amenities that appeal to the masses.
