The Seasons Resort is a wonderful apartment and conveniently located off of the seawall. The management is cooperative and considerate and the apartments are spacious and quiet. I love raising my 2 year old daughter here!
Overall the apartments are great. Good location. Reasonably priced. Adequate parking. However, there are a few downsides. It is an older building that is prone to roach infestations. The managers do a good job of resolving the problem (they pay for pest control) but if you or your neighbors are a slob, you will pay for it with roaches. The reasonably low rent also attracts unsavory neighbors both in the apartment and in the surrounding apartments. I've encountered crackheads and people hiding from the cops around the apartment.
This apartment is a great place, its cozy and the neighbors are friendly.
