LOVE IT HERE Love this apartment complex, A bit Pricey but you definently get what you pay for. They keep all areas clean and are very efficent with repairs. The only thing I wish was a bit nicer is the Dog park. But otherwise everything is immaculate.

Quick response for leak. I thought there was a water leak coming from the wall behind my bath tub.Ladd and Chris quickly came to see what the issue was.They couldn't find anything. I do appreciate how fast they camecto my apartment to see what the issue was.

If you have a motorcycle this is not the place for you people park right on top of you bike. 20 thousand dollar bike and people think it ok to park in the same spot as you bike. Office tells me to pay 120 dollars a month to reserve a stop when me bike is in the stall.. rent a house it’s cheaper then paying all the fees. Don’t have family over no where to park..

The building has an excellent location, the apartments are large, very well distributed, very good design, everything is completely new and the administration is simply excellent, the staff is very friendly with your move-in process, they help you with everything and it is very clear from the beginning so you have no surprises after you have moved.
I love living at these apartments. The employees are amazing! Such a great environment to live. I have been very pleased with my experience and in many ways have had my expectations exceeded. Issa is very great to work with. So helpful and super responsive.

If you have to do rent discount drawings to people for leaving 5 star reviews, there is something wrong. May want to sit down for this one. First of all, the move in date for this property was delayed by three months. I was lied to about: the pool being open, the gym being completed, and the cable being included in the 115 dollar media package. They knocked 15 bucks off after the cable cancellation, but you can't get a cable package anywhere for 15 bucks. Fast forward 5 months. You will hear everything on the floor above you. Including howling dogs. I have had at least 7 visits to my unit by vivint and HVAC techs. I STILL do not have a functioning furnace or AC. It takes at least 12 hours to heat my apartment from 63 to 68 degrees. Oh, and there are rolling outages with that glorious 5G internet. I'm not the only one with internet, noise, and HVAC complaints. Now, the new management has been great. They will listen to you and are very helpful. The issue is: none of the fancy features that you are paying for were ever fully functioning. So enjoy paying for a vivint thermostat that doesn't work and $50 bucks a month to park at your own complex, where there is also no guest parking. Two stars only because I like the new managers who are listening and trying to overcome terrible planning & construction. I would get out of this contract tomorrow if I could. So there is a review that can't be bought.
