Property Ratings at Seaside at Laguna Heights
I only moved here to be close to Jserra Catholic High School. It's so horrible. Where do I begin? 1st. water damage, 1st day, graffiti on the walls. They remove it but it comes back. My apartment was broken into. The gate only allows residents to enter. I am desperately looking for a new place to live. There are so many better apartments in the area. Its not cheap either. If you have the choice, dont get stuck here like I did.

Whoever tells you this place is “livable” needs to get their head examined! I have lived here for a year - I’ve seen a live police line up in the parking lot, two dom stick violence incidents (police arrived in time), and active drug deals on the daily. Cars are routinely vandalized, packages stolen, and management is utterly useless. Noise at all hours, people “bathing” in the hot tub (complete with toe nail trimming - I witnessed it), and shopping carts everywhere! So fun. So do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague that lives there!!!
Really bad experience. We Always paid rent before due date. Apartmnts full with German Roaches and not in a livable condition, They towed our cars parked inside designed area. Really Really bad management. Didn't returned security deposit and reported $221 in our SS for nothing.
We have been living at Seaside Apartments for a little over 3 years now and have really enjoyed it here with no complaints! It's a bummer to see all of the negative reviews as my little family of 4 has been quite happy here. The office staff has always been very helpful and accommodating, as well as the maintenance crew. Our neighbors are friendly, the grounds are kept up, our apartment location is great with a nice view, spacious, and quiet and the rent is reasonable. We aren't far from the beach and nice schools and parks in the area. The pools, hot tubs and gym are all very nice and well maintained. If we weren't relocating out of state I could see us staying here quite a long time!
This place is perfect for apartment first-timers! It's a nice, quiet place where people can feel comfortable walking around at anytime. For convenience, there are grocery stores right down the road. The place is well maintained and the staff is incredibly helpful, honest, and down-to-earth, which should be valued with staff in charge of your living space. Unlike other apartments, it's workout facility is open 24-hours, which is helpful because sometimes the day passes by in a blink when you're busy. It didn't take long for me to feel like this place was home.
A wonderful place to call home! It's feels like you're on vacation. The fabulous amenities are tennis courts, pools, jacuzzis, grilling areas and a fitness center. A short walk to the local shopping center and parks. Also, it only takes about 15 minutes to drive to Pacific Coast Highway to visit beaches, art galleries, dine in restaurants and shop for souvenirs.
