The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Seacrest Apartments
The worst place to live. Despite the roaches and the dirty neighborhood, the maintenance is really terrible. It’s basically like throwing your money away if you move here. So, piece of advice: do not—I repeat, do not—move here. There are a lot of places in the same area that are way better and cheaper. Moving here was the biggest mistake of my life.
A lot of destruction. Some bad tenants shoot guns at nights and break into cars. When brought to the attention of management, they refuse to evict them. It seems like they’d rather keep the bad people and have many good tenants move away because they fear having their apartments and cars broken into

I spent 4 years there since February 2021 and I can say it was one of the best place I lived. I am moving next month. I am so sad If I can give more stars I will Really good apartment Good maintenance Good staff
Me and my boyfriend have been staying here for 7 months and we have had a bad roach problem .. These apartments are roach infested. They have been here since the first night we stayed here. We have spent so much money trying to get rid of them and we can’t. They were here before we came and they will not go away. We can’t wait to move away from here. I woke up in the middle of the night and one was crawling on me. We hate it here !!
Alyssa was a great help to me, she showed me 3 different units. I went with the upgraded unit, there is a price different but worth the amount. I'm happy I chose Seacrest as my home.
Stay away from this apartments guys. Trust me not safe in here. Decided to move out. Hearing gun shots backside of your patio when you are living with 2 young kids. Its a nightmare and many such incidents still the management care for nothing. Please stay away.
I love the staff customer service, but my apt was not ready to be habitable as it was communicated to my husband and I that it was. Today, my 2nd day here and I have a sink that won’t drain and disposal not working. Kitchen still has roaches. Bathroom toilet also not completely finished, stains around the bottom.
It was a beautiful 2nd apartment but they need to work on there staff. On the other hand, I was told a certain amount but they kept adding more to the bills.
I lived at Seacrest for almost 2 years, Alex the assistant has been wonderful! Christy is just as attentive, the new leasing team are unpleasant to speak to so I just stick with those two, maintenance was quick and they fix things the first time! As an apartment manager myself I can definitely say I had the best experience here! If I ever go back to Garland/Richardson are this will be the first place I stop for availability.
Poor management. Poor maintenance. Parking is a joke. This place has never been upgraded. You can definitely do better. Put this place at the bottom of your list. 1st flour units constantly have sewage backing up into bathtubs and sinks.
I am happy to finally call a place of my own, living here is wonderful and the staff and maintenance team is amazing!
Nothing but problems in this apartment. It started from the day I moved in and has continued my entire 12 month lease. They had problems figuring out how much money I needed to move in. They told me one amount and I paid it in in full then a few weeks later they tell me I still owed them money. Parking is awful. I rarely get to park my truck near my apartment. I usually have to park in the back of the complex then walk back up to the front. My truck has been wrecked into multiple times and nobody ever sees anything or leaves any kind of notes. Maintenance usually responds to things pretty quick.... That's the only good thing I can say about them. The apartment above me had a leak and there was water dripping into my living room. They fixed the leak but still have not fixed the moldy roof in my living room yet. I keep asking about it and they keep telling me they are going to get to it. Appliances are very outdated. I stopped using my dishwasher after a few months. It kept clogging up and it just couldn't clean my dishes. They came out dirtier than when I put them in. The fridge constantly leaked. There is always bugs in my freezer. No idea how they get in there. There are plenty of laundry facilities that I can see. I don't use them often but when I do half the machines are out of order. The pools seem nice until people have pool parties on a Tuesday night till 3am. Also the pools seem to be closed a lot. The only reason I give this 2 stars is because the price is pretty low. They had a special on the apartment I got so I got it cheaper than usual. If I had to pay full price for this apartment it would be zero stars.
I love my apartment! I was so impressed with how amazing the matience team is! As soon as I put in the request, they knocked on my door. I honestly couldn't think of a better place to call home! My first apartment is truly home! I love the area, management & my brand new appliances! Cannot wait to see what comes
These apartments are by far the best I've lived in this area of Garland. There is a pool right outside my apartment and a work out room walking distance. These apartments are really quiet too, no loud parties and great for families. The only thing I've had a problem with is getting the maintence to come fix things right away other than that I would highly recommend! :)
I like the apartments that I live in and I really love the staff that's there in the leasing office. I must Carmen really went over and beyond to help me in those apartments and I really do appreciate her for that. The area where I live is really quite and I just love my neighbors. My son love that he has kids of his age to play. I must say I really that about it hard before I moved there, but now that I am. I am content.
I've lived at Seacrest for 2 years and the first thing that sealed the deal was the customer service. You may say all places use the bells, whistles, and kodak smile to get you in the door, but what makes Seacrest stand out is the same treatment they gave me when I came to tour the property is the same treatment I've been getting 2 years later. The staff believe in taking care of their tenants. They have several pools throughout the facility, a 24 hour fitness center, playground for the kids and they have community socials every now and then. The area is great as well. You're close to shopping centers, grocery stores, banks, and gas stations. Not to mention the donut shop is right across the street where you can walk and not feel guilty about eating one or two. For those who ride public transportation, there is a stop right in front of the complex. You want a place where you can feel comfortable and rest? Come to Seacrest!
