The layout is great, the balcony is nice, and the entire property is very well-maintained. I especially appreciate the pool. Management is friendly and always willing to help. It just feels like a safe, comfortable place to live.

I have lived here long enough to speak about this property and that's actually my 5th year. It's just ready comfortable and easy going.

I absolutely adore living in Scotsdale! Not only are the apartments within walking distance of a lot of places, it’s just genuinely a nice location. The property is always well maintained and clean, management is super friendly and easy to talk to. It’s surprisingly quiet in the area, which for someone who works night shift is a blessing.

One of the Best place to rent. I have rented in this apartment for 6 years now... Close to everything. Food, parks. And near Cox hospital and Mercy Hospital. Where I both do part time. Very accesible to all your need. Rent is very affordable

This apartment complex is super nice. The in unit washer and dryer hookups are super convenient as well as having the option to have a community washer and dryer. The pool is very clean and the balcony is nice and relaxing. The apartment is very safe and parking is great as well!

I've lived at Scotsdale in Springfield, Missouri for three years with my husband, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The apartments are spacious with a balcony that’s perfect for enjoying the fresh air. Management is responsive, and maintenance is usually quick to address issues, weather permitting. The grounds are well maintained, and parking is always sufficient.The community is quiet most of the time, though it can get lively in the summer. While rent is a bit on the higher side, the comfort, upkeep, and service make it well worth it. I’d definitely recommend Scotsdale to others looking for a reliable and pleasant place to live.

About to resign for my third year at Scotsdale! Jeremiah is great, management is quick to tend to needs, I live in the remodeled apartments and very nice quality for the price!

I've lived here since 2010. There are several points in its favor. It's close to Springfield's two largest hospitals, a number of clinics, an Element hotel, restaurants and grocery stores. Staff is friendly & helpful. Maintenance work orders are taken care of quickly. There's a swimming pool in the Summer. Pets are welcome. The laundry room is open all day everyday except during extreme Winter conditions.

Scotsdale apartments are a great central option for apartments. You’re placed in between National and Campbell, with only a 10 minute drive to Downtown Springfield. The apartments are a bit older with some outdated appliances, but if anything stops functioning management will typically replace it with something newer. Last year our A/C went out and they were pretty quick to replace the whole unit, and during the time we didn’t have A/C they lent us a portable unit. Overall these are great apartments without having to spend too much on rent.

This apartment is in a good part of Springfield. Hospitals are around the corner in every direction, the mall, restaurants, and schools all close by. It’s been a good place for my little family

My family and I have been here for a year and just renewed our second years lease. There is a sense of community with the other residence and staff. I've got to know some of my neighbors and in times of need help each other out. We started a small food pantry in the laundry room for people that have extra and others that need some. This makes me feel safe when I have to leave my dog at home. My neighbors will look out for each other. They have fun, balcony and door decoration contests around Halloween and Christmas. The winners received varying amounts of discounts off rent! I love to decorate and enjoyed entering the contests! The price is very reasonable, as well as the monthly pet fees. You also can't get any better location. Your are a short walk away from grocery stores and many different types of food.
