I've enjoyed living at Scholars Corner so far! Staff is friendly and prompt with requests. Building is also clean and well kept. Only issue so far have been the elevators at times get stuck or stop working completely. Although maintenance eventually fixes them, it is a huge inconvenience at times. I think they should be replaced soon.

My experience in the last year is not good(elevator issues, the washer/dryers suck, the floor stinks and now Mice) and I wouldn’t recommend anyone move here.
Great Location , multiple scourced for transportion, close to shopping 20 minutes to downtown on the drive. Professional Staff great friendly tennants.

Great place in theory. Old building so issues with maintenance are expected but there’s constantly an issue with things getting done. Service requests are completed before they have even fixed anything. Maintenance department and management need better service and communication.

Although the management is responsive to maintenance requests, this is an old building with frequent maintenance issues. Excellent location if you rely on public transportation. Neighbors range from quietly courteous to openly friendly.

The building is very old and sometimes one of the elevators breaks or sometimes the plumbing is not very good. For a period of at least a couple months when I first moved into my place, I did not have access to cold water and it was summer time - not ideal. In any case, other than occasional inconveniences, the apartment is fine.

The Scholars Corner apartment community is safe, the location is excellent, and the staff are very nice.
Management is responsive to tenant needs, but age of this World War I era building imposes some limits on what can be done. Building is safe, generally quiet, and neighbors are friendly but not intrusive.

Scholars Corner is an older but well-maintained building, VERY convenient to public transportation. Management is fairly responsive and residents are courteous and friendly, helpful when needed. Because it is an older building, there is more space between floors which reduces noise coming from above and below.

I have been a resident for three months and had a very good experience. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Hallways and lobby are always neat and clean. Office Staff are very polite and know residents by name. Safe clean experience !

Old but Wonderful apartment building with lots of charm, character and local and on-site amenities. This is an older but well-maintained apartment building with GREAT accessibility to public transportation. Shopping for all basic household needs is within walking distance or a 10 minute bus ride. Safe environment with diverse and friendly neighbors.

This place is in need of better management. They last manager never communicated with me and was very unprofessional. Communication among tenant and maintenance also needs to be improved along with the common area in the building.
