I toured this community recently and it was absolutely beautiful!! The location is prime and the views were amazing. The lobby smelled wonderful. I love the carpeted floors in the hallways. The apartments have a spacious layout and so many windows allowing natural light. I’m on my search early but Savoy is at the top of my list.

Can't say enough good things about my experience here. The apartments are in great condition, amenities are perfect, staff is very helpful and professional. The maintenance staff is amazing, if I submit a work order it is usually taken care off in less than 24 hours. It is quiet and you can't even tell you're in a city until you're outside.

Savoy has been lovely so far. I just recently moved to Charlotte and wanted good location, views, and good amenities. Savoy checks all of those boxes! Very pleased with my choice to live here and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to live in Uptown!

The amenities are fantastic and provides the residents with everything that we need. The environment is quiet and that is important tome. Amenities/safety features are broken constantly with little urgency from management to repair. Lots of theft and homeless people issues. Pee in elevators often.

Savoy does a great job of selling you the "luxury" apartment lifestyle and then as soon as you move in, you realize it was only a mirage. The building is riddled with irresponsible dog owners (dogs constantly doing their business on the carpets) and the front office rarely wants to do anything other than the bare minimum. On good days they'll even respond to your emails and phone calls.

Am an expatriate working in Charlotte for about 2 years and application process was very easy. The 3rd party security checks were done promptly and i got my apartment approved within a day. The staff were great, especially since i worked with BJ, he showed me the property and took us through the community in detail. Very clear communication and very professional. The property is also situated in a very safe location and still walkable to Uptown Charlotte. The parking is enough for everyone and I didnt have an issue of having to preserve parking everyday. The amenities are excellent as well with swimming pool opened throughout the year. Multiple events are also there and everyone is welcomed to participate and be part of the community events. You wouldnt worry about having friends since the community provides a welcoming feeling and you feel part of them. Even with pets, the property is very clean and smells so niceee. I was very impressed. The maintenance staff are also very prompt in resolving issues. All you need to do is call the office and you will be attended the same day. I love the studio layout too . Very spacious and well laid out. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Having been at a few residences in Uptown, Savoy is by far my favorite. Besides the awesome and convenient amenities, the staff is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to give the best experience.
