Love it here. The first week or two has been great. The staff is responsive. Maintenance has been on point. The community is well kept. Looking forward to meeting people.

I know you guys are trying but as you fill these buildings, more disturbing events keep happening. Over the weekend, apparently someone let their dog defecate in one of the breezeways...still there.Dogs continue to bark on balconies with no owner interaction. Smokers can still be seen and smelled throughout the complex. We don't to be whiners but honestly are at our wits end.

We Love Savio! Out of all the complexes we explored in the area — including Allure, Ceru, and Avalon — Savio stood out by far. The community, amenities, and staff truly outshined the others in every way. When we toured Allure, we noticed dog pee and poop in multiple hallway areas and even in the elevator, and the staff there was unfriendly and often unavailable. In contrast, Savio was spotless, the amenities exceeded our expectations, and the staff was welcoming and professional. We had no hesitation in signing a lease with Savio. Highly recommended!

Small pool for the number of apartments in the complex, some of the finishing (e.g. counter tops that scratch really easily) could be higher quality, and overall quite expensive for the size of the unit. Besides all that, loving the community so far.

Chose the best apartment building for privacy. Very quiet and peaceful. I like the smaller buildings, but they do not have elevators. So when choosing be aware of that, I was and I was fine with it.

Facility is nice. Pool area, workout room and grill area are really nice. Dog friendly so way too much noise from barking. Most residents seem cool but walls are pretty thin.

Savio is very well kept and the community is very safe and welcoming. There are some minor flaws like the countertops leaving stains, but nothing that's horrible. Overall great for a new build and they do a good job with service requests if anything is needed. There's a good mix between older and younger people. Only feedback is they should keep the pool area open longer. Closing right as dusk is a little odd.

This is my first time renting an apartment after moving from another state and I just have to say this place is truly an Oasis! Not only is this place so beautiful and peaceful but I was fortunate enough to meet an amazing woman, Conny Matos, who made my life so much easier. She was there for me every step of the process from filling out all the paperwork and helping me navigate through all the things I need to get set up here in this town. She was even there to give me advice and ideas on how to decorate my apartment! I mean I never met someone so genuinely kind and who was just so willing to go the extra mile for me in my time need. Conny and just the entire staff here at Savio have just be instrumental in making sure that my time living here thus far is just so AMAZING. My family is constantly commenting on the beauty of the environment and the lovely people here and that in itself just makes me smile.
