It gives a home feel when you tour this property the units are beautiful and Jennifer gave us a great tour! Definitely will be our new home
The community and amenities are beautiful. There is zero sounding proofing between the units and living under inconsiderate people is the only problem I have here. I have never lived anywhere where you literally hear so much from the neighborhood above. They have been vacuuming the bare floors for the past 15 minutes and it’s 11 at night. I sent an email to the assistant manager last Thursday concerning the heavy items and other things they drop on the floor until 1/2 am every night and have yet to get a response. If you’re thinking of moving here, rent a unit that is not below others. I am actively looking to move units or apartment complexes.
Long time tenants. Witnessed the switch from Asher to Savannah. Not a good move. Since then, breakins, theft, and grounds have gone to crap. They are not luxury as they claim. The pricing is extremely high for this area and living conditions. Gates always broken. They don’t care. Always an issue with something they keep a bag of excuses for. Never any parking. $100 for parking under shed. $150 for garage. But those are all taken up by guys working on their cars on the premises. Abandoned cars they refuse to move no matter if you contact them or not. Loud neighbors. Weed smokers everywhere out in the open. Wont be renewing this time. Good luck !
management is 0/10 never came and fixed my door, thin walls, there is NEVER any parking spots
The property in not only amazing but the community is arguably even better. I use the amenities on a daily basis and they complement my lifestyle very well. The 24 hour coffee and gym is a huge plus. The management has been continually improving the complex since I moved in and has been so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend moving to Savannah Oaks!!

Property looks great but the new management is absolutely awful. Nothing but consistently bad experiences with dealing with them. Would give the property 4 stars if it weren't for how slow they are to help out and the way they treat their great tenants that pay on time and cause no issues. DO NOT hang anything on the walls including pictures, mirrors, or drapes. They will charge you for paint. And absolutely do not put any sort of chair or heavy furniture on the carpets because they will charge you to replace all carpets (+ $500). Front gate is ALWAYS broken. Both sides. Garbage dumpster is never taken out in a timely manner and makes an entire side of the apartments smell like trash. The Dog trash bins are extremely slow to be emptied so there is usually an overflow of dog poop. And lastly... We had multiple neighbors that had their cars broken into within the property and nothing was done to help them or reimburse them for damages. A lot of these issues did not happen until the new management took over so PLEASE stay away unless you want to deal with the above.
Asher Oaks is a beautiful and well maintained community. They have several floor plan options to meet everyones needs. The amenities are inviting and the apartment finishes are A-1!!!! In looking at all the communities within the area, Asher Oaks is #1 on the list. If your looking for a beautiful apartment home, exceptional customer experience and the optimal location to surrounding conveniences, (markets, shopping, restaurants, I-45, Hardy Toll), then look no further.
Great environment, love the community! The pool/gym areas are incredible and the walk around the water is so serene! Other complexes need to take notes!

If you like resort living, Asher Oaks is the community for you. From the moment you enter the Clubhouse, you will see the amazing activities; coffee lounge, golf simulator, state-of-the-art gym facilities, yoga room, the pool and so much more. I watched the complex being built as I lived in the area for 10 years. I was impressed with the quality of the construction, the style of the buildings, and the way the majestic oaks were saved. When one of my sons decided to move from Dallas he suggested we share an apartment. I am a senior citizen. He let me choose the apartment. It was an easy choice.

Asher Oaks is great and has great views. The amenities are awesome. Alma was awesome with helping me move in, helped me every step of the way. My only concern is how thin the walls are. Unfortunately, I am able to hear every single thing from living on the other side of the wall by the stairs where people are walking, running, stomping, etc

I'll first say that this property was the most beautiful and perfect property I have ever toured. I was excited to live here because it is close to everything but once you are inside, the world seems pretty far away. That was until I moved in. My upstairs neighbors lack any sort of respect for anyone around them. I have been woken up so frequently by loud screams in the middle of the night from one of the children who live there. I've even managed to capture these screams and yelling and all manner of loud and obnoxious noise on recording. Some 62 of them to date. It is all day and most of the night. I have called the courtesy officer after 10 pm and although their intentions may be good, they either can't hear from the outside what is going on, or the neighbors are in a suddenly quiet mood for a few minutes. My neighbors have stomped around so hard that they've knocked a couple things off my walls and completely destroyed a beautiful wall clock. Multiple discussions have taken place and the office has, at the very least, seemed helpful. The recordings have been passed along to their superiors and they've called the neighbors and asked them to keep it down. Unfortunately, for some time after they contact the neighbors, the neighbors get even more loud and obnoxious. For some reason, the on site management staff appears to have their hands tied. Nothing has happened and multiple complaints against the neighbors by both myself, and the previous tenants in my apartment. I can't imagine what I have to do to get something done. I've looked at hiring an attorney and there are quite a few interested in filing a breach of quiet enjoyment considering the amount of evidence I have. Sadly the remedy for this type of lawsuit is often releasing the tenant from their lease, seeking moving expenses, and difference in rent prices. This seems more like a punishment to me than the awful neighbors. Why on earth should I be punished for a bad tenant. Further, why would you choose to keep a bad tenant and let a quiet, respectful, and considerate tenant take off. I'm at my wits end for this nightmare. I've been nice and polite, but how long can a person go without substantial sleep. As I've said before, the property is beautiful. So if you want somewhere that's like a vacation, come visit, but be warned. You may be saddled with the burden of horrible neighbors who have no respect for you or your property and a seemingly apathetic upper management.

Asher Oaks could be one of the most premier apartments in Houston. I feel that better screening of applicants is needed to keep this community from becoming a low class facility. Every thing from pet waste pickup to having to many outside guests has somewhat diminished the prestigiousness of the property. The amount of rent we pay every month could put me in a very nice house in a very nice neighborhood. The management and staff are exceptional and one of the main reasons I like the property. The resort style setting is gorgeous and such a great getaway from work.

I love living at Asher Oaks! It is the most lovely place that creates an environment for peace, beautiful walks around the pond, meeting and greeting your neighbors and with the beautiful Oak Trees, you always have a shady place to sit and enjoy the cool breeze in the late evening. The pond is such a focal point of nature, allowing you to see Tree Ducks, Black Bellied Whistling Duck to Cattails that are a rare sight in the city. To top it off, the most wonderful staff you would ever choose to have in an apartment home!
