Satori apartments is a well located beautiful facility that anyone looking for beautiful living should look at! Fantastic amenities, like a gorgeous swimming pool, a state of the art work out center, a beautiful gathering area, two wonderful courtyards, a very large business center and a great movie theatre make this complex a delight! Apartments are decorated with high end appliances and most apartments are provided with a small screened in porch! One of our favorite amenities is the inside parking garage! You never get out or in during the rain! With six levels of parking and only four levels of apartments, you will find a parking place!

Starting with the good. I moved in when the apartments were brand new. Everything was crisp and clean, and the residents were excited about the amenities and luxury apartments. However, under the management team at the time, the apartments quickly declined and everything got abused and tattered. Things were getting stolen, amenities would break or be taken away, the fire alarms go off at least once a month, and on top of it all, when the residents organized a gathering in the clubhouse to meet each other, an email went out condemning our hang out saying that is not what the clubhouse was for. Satori always seemed to care way more about gaining new residents, than appreciating the residents they have.

Satori is a well kept secret and one of the most beautiful and deluxe apartment complexes we visited! Do NOT let the front of the building scare you off come inside to see what you are missing!!! The beauty and facilities will shock you! All the employees are polite and nice and you could not find a better location to everything anywhere! Come join us!

It is like living at a resort! My family is envious of my new home. It really does feel good to come home from a long day at work and unwind in the pool or at the gym. All of the residents have been very friendly and have made me feel welcome.

Satori Town Center is an excellent apartment complex. Floor plans are varied and excellent. Staff is very professional, courteous, and helpful.I have lived in apartments for many years in different states and countries. Satori is by far the best. Being relatively new, everything from appliances to gym equipment to landscaping is fresh.

I moved to Jacksonville on a whim when my company transitioned to remote-work during the pandemic. Upon arrival I immediately felt very welcomed by the friendly and resourceful and staff. Everything so far has been great! Beautiful surroundings, resort-style amenities, great location, and gorgeous apartments make this community truly feel special.
Satori apartments are luxury, upscale units. The manager, leasing and maintenance staff are very friendly, on top of things and truly want you to enjoy living here. Best location to be near it all.
If you have issues with neighbors, staffing will tell you to call the police instead of handling it themselves. A resident that caused the fire alarm to go off due to negligence and causing their room to be smoky due to leaving food on the stove which was on, still resides here. Any question you have for the staff will not be answered, gets put to the side and ignored.
Terrible first 30 days. Noise is unbelievable and nothing has been done about it. I keep emailing the management, but to no avail this continues. A/C broke 3 times in 10 days. Dog park is a mess. Cockroaches scattering about through my living room. Fun times.
The Satori office staff is incredible. The amenities are impeccable! The location simply cannot be beat and the monthly lease rate is very reasonable!!
I visited 7 different properties before making my final decision to move to Satori Town Center. I love the location, cleanliness of the property and the staff is very polite and helpful.
Brittany in the office of Satori has been the absolute best. We received all paperwork and lease information on a Saturday and moved in on Monday! We were able to move in so fast. The move in process was very easy and smooth thanks to Brittany. She has always answered our questions very promptly and represents Satori extremely well. Her friendliness and the way she presented the community is why we decided to move in so quickly. This place is very clean and quiet. We love living here so far.
The property is beautiful! The people who work here are very nice and friendly.
The front staff is responsive and very courteous. They could return calls a little quicker.
