Guillermo - garbage disposal maintenance He did a great job! Respectful of my space, addressed the issue within the same day of request and came back on time to continue working the next morning.
I got to tour several units in the building. The person giving me a tour said I would receive an email with information about the units I toured. I never received an email. I called and left a voice message about it. Never heard back from them again.

Great experience overall. Only thing I will say is that it is so hard to get anyone on the phone. They do respond to emails though.

Bathroom Sink issue I’ve never had an issue with my bathroom sink but it was clogged one day and the maintenance team was able to quickly fix the issue within a few hours.

Soon to be right above a new health food store; these completely remodeled studios are beautiful. Right in the heart of downtown. Offering a rooftop and security. The new management (Mike and Delise) have given this historical building a welcoming vibe to come home to.
Personally love the roof top and the creative atmosphere around the condo. Moved into 11th floor, 3600 sqft live and work loft space. As it is an older building there is a lot of work to do. But the building has so much character because of it's history. They have new appliances and it makes it a great loft with the old and new combo! Reasonable price for a huge loft. Chaz was a great help making this all happen. He really took his time and dedicated to close this deal for me. Always kind and courteous. I just moved in and loving my unit!

If you like seeing drug addicts and homeless people inside and outside the building, go live here. You will see all of them here. I guess the news has come to skid row that this building is unsecured and they all party here. Sad part is the maintenance don't do nothing to improve security. I know there are some things that you cannot control but at least act up on it. Nothing from the management.

Expect unexpected unconscionable rent increases. They raised my rent 18% within a 6 month period. Management is unreliable and inconsistent.

The building has a rooftop BBQ/ deck with a decent view of the skyline. Units are good size and flexible for someone interested in making it your own. Other than that, amenities are pretty slim. Security is there, but more busy on their phone than securing the building. Havent had any problems with security though. Quiet building, concrete floors so no worries with sound from other tenants. Original windows so large 6' x 10' openings are awesome, but does bring city noises in. Neighborhood is very walkable and close to transit options. Parking is minimal, so area decks are needed for most people.
