I had not had a great experience living at sandalwood. The first day I moved in the whole place smelled awful, and the place looked as things were half fixed. There is hardly any parking , so parking in the street someone hit my parked car. Of course there are no security cameras, so I had to pay out of pocket to fix my car. I ended getting a garage to prevent this from happening, then my car was stolen from my garage parking spot, again no cameras, and sandalwood provided no support. Last comments: The dumpsters are constantly over flowing, the outdoor areas do not look taken care of, I never got to use the pool because almost the enter summer it was being fixed. I highly so not recommend

I’m into my 3rd year in this apartment community. They are in in the midst of upgrading the ground cover in the entire complex to a low water tolerance facility. I love my floor plan and the upkeep is minimal. Barring too exorbitant increases in yearly rents I planning on staying for a very long time.

Llevo poco viviendo aquí, prácticamente solo uso el departamento para dormir, se me hace un lugar tranquilo, moderno, cómodo y grande, lo único malo es el internet, pésimo, ami me gusta ver la tele acostado antes de dormir (Netflix, pantaya, etc) y en ocasiones no puedo ni abrir la aplicación, tengo que usar el Hotspot de mi teléfono pero igual la señal tampoco es muy buena y se corta. Si eres un fanático de la tecnología, piénsalo dos veces, si no te importa el internet este es un buen lugar para vivir tiene todo lo que necesitas a tu alrededor.

Property should be well lit at night.. its really dark at night.. were streaks of our truck getting stolen again Also, my work order for the microwave handle that is missing since we moved is still pending?? 7/16/20

I got my keys the first week of the month, did not move in until the 3rd week because the apartment that was leased to me was disgusting, it was dirty and stained. I had to clean it with professional company that I PAID MYSELF. Things were broken like the outlets the balcony door and the bathroom it was too much, I just wanted to cry when I saw it. I feel like I honestly made a mistake to lease here. Im not happy at all. My problems are not being heard and theres nothing being done about it.

There is no air conditioning and no elevator

The apartments themselves are great but there are a lot of hidden charges, outside of that its great. Office staff is super friendly and so is maintenance

I pay extra money every month for a parking space. What does Sandalwood Apartments do in return? They tow my car, out my parking spot that I pay for, because the tag is expired. They have my phone number, they could have called me to let me know. Instead, I am paying a $300 ransom to get my car back. I assume the apartment owners are getting kickbacks from the towing company to allow this scam. Why else would they be towing there own residents cars?

It is unfortunate that your car was towed. Unfortunately as per your lease agreement, all cars must have current registration and be in working condition. We do not receive kickbacks from the towing company. We employ them to keep the parking lot free of broken down or unregistered cars. This place is a joke!! They ignore issues and allow black mold to grow and dont respond to any messages.
Overall, very good place to live but Im not impressed with the upkeep. Moving into our apartment, it was dirty and the carpets were never cleaned. I cleaned them myself and the water was black. Have also found some unsettling things unclogging my tub. Very disgusted.
