Property Ratings at San Tropez
They do not have the pool and spa open all year as they report on the web and they close it at 5pm and do not let any resident enter. The maintenance is bad and last a long time to send someone to fix what you occupy. Very bad space
The maintenance people just walk around and act like they’re actually working. Instead they’re just fooling around and don’t get anything done! Manager isn’t aware of what goes on in the apts. Kids destroy the property and blame the residents who are close by to it. Letting any people in to rent. Pot smokers who don’t respect a kid friendly environment. And doesn’t bother to have a good security while there are homeless people coming in and sleeping in the hallways.
unclean and unsafe place to live. The manager does not listen to the many complaints people have. The place where I lived was full of cockroaches the day we moved in.
I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE SINCE 1-1-2012. AT FIRST EVERY THING WAS AWESOME. THE APARTMENT WAS NICE CARPET WAS NEW IT FELT GOOD MOVING IN. AFTER 6 MONTHS WE STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE STOVE. IT WOULDN'T TURN ON, AND IF IT DID ONLY ONE OF THE FOUR BURNERS WOULD WORK. MY WIFE WOULD GO DROP OFF THE RENT AND TELL THEM WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEY TOOK ABOUT A WEEK TO SEND SOMEONE TO FIX IT. BUT TILL THIS DAY IT STILL DOES THE SAME THING. WE HAVE ASK THEM TO PLEASE CHANGE IT AND TO ALSO CLEAN OUR CARPET BUT NOTHING. THIS PLACE SUCKS. BUT WHEN YOU DON'T PAY THE RENT ON TIME THE WANT THE EXTRA $50.00. THEY TAKE TO LONG TO FIX THING IN THE APARTMENTS. I HAVE HAD TO FIX THE THING MYSELF.
Bad mantience very dirty and unsanitary they do not offer good service when something is wrong in the apartment
