It served its purpose

Moved in at the end of September2022, easy process, dryer issues at the beginning of my stay but maintenance was good on fixing it in a timely manner, rent is a bit much for the quality of apartments but other than that no major complaints. Moved out the other day, I enjoyed my stay there, nice quite, pretty clean.

Do Not Rent Here!!!!!!!

If you go on any other review website, you will see that San Tropez is a horrible place to live! So many hidden costs, that they never explain!!! The leasing office is horrible!! The maintenance workers are great, and the location is good, but those things don't make up for how horrible or how expensive it is to live at San Tropez!

Recent tennent

We stayed in a unit for past 20 months. The staff were excellent. Maintenance was prompt when needed. Gardens were very well maintained. Noise was minimal and have shops so close by encouraged us to walk a lot more. All up San Tropez was a great place to stay.

Nice Apartments, Not many problems

Pros: They are in a nice area. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The grounds are kept clean. The apartments are nice with good features. Lots of options. Cons: Cheap Paint, Kids play places are small. The Exercise room is small. They Charge residents to use club house.
