Were it not for the aforementioned concerns regarding the upstairs neighbor as well as the attitude of the new, hopefully temporary office person, I would feel far more positive about my San Sebastian overall experience and of course support my friends or any senior’s potential interest in residing here.

I like living in Orange County California - we have always sunny and warm weather. I enjoy living in my specious apartment. Would be great, if Greystar would consider to replace the over 17 years old washer to a functional washer machine. Maintenance issue are fixed in a timely manner - 5 Stars for George and John. Both are very nice and always supportive.

We are very happy living at the San Sebastian. We love the sense of community, the beautiful space, and quality of the apartment. Most of all we have such good neighbors, and residents living here really care for each other. Management is good and maintenance is excellent. Love living here! The apt is roomy and well laid out. Lots of windows. Close to hospitals and doctors. The amenities are nice. Fun activities. Good and caring neighbors. One of my concerns is the appliances. They are old and don't work well.

San Sebastian community is a nice place to live, whether you're an active or non-active tenant. The environment is warm and welcoming. The amenities are great, and the staff are always friendly and ready to lend a hand, ensuring every resident feels valued and supported. Although I have reservations about how management handles certain issues, sometimes suggesting double standards, I must acknowledge their effort and dedication to making residents feel welcome. The community offers a variety of activities catering to diverse interests, fostering social interaction and a sense of belonging. The apartments are beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with modern conveniences, except the washing machine (old fashion). Depending on which direction your apartment is located it could be very noisy. If you're looking for a place that balances convenience, comfort, and a strong sense of community, I recommend considering San Sebastian community.

San Sebastian in itself, is a beautiful building. Our apartment challenges Montage in its appeal and comfort. I think the best thing that empresses me the most is the fact that the staff here seems to really care about you and your concerns you may have. From the office staff to the Maintenance staff.
