I have deep regret moving into Salerno. Not enough staff to answer phones and emails in a timely manner. Too many disturbances/inspections.

This is the best place I have live to call home! The management and staff made my family feel so important, they treated us as if we were “family”! If there was a problem, they would get it fixed or order or even call me the same day to let me know how they were going to help me feel better! Management, well all i can say is that Felicia, went out of her way to make me and my family happy to live here! Even though sometimes I needed help that same day she always had a smile to help me. not like other places how they ignore you and brush you off she gave me full attention everytime i walked into her office! Aroura, the secretary, when i moved in she was very calm and relaxed she showed us the places in detail. I felt like there were no strings attached. I was able to pick the one I wanted and believe me, she helped me try to decide with no pressure. The staff WOW!! They are so nice and even to help and talk to as if you are a family member!! I moved because, not that there was nothing wrong with the place, we needed to get closer to needs of the my family. If you are looking for a place to live a feel safe and to call “home “ this is the place!!

It's a very quiet community very clean and the management are very nice the maintenance team it's very fast and efficient to fix it I'm so glad that I had to experience this community with my family plus the school it's really close to our house I can ask for more I really love it ...
The apartments are very clean and visibly new A little strict as far as the pool hours could definitely enjoy using the pool at later hours. Household is functioning properly having more issues with refrigerator but they fixed it quickly!
Salerno is an excellent community to live in. It’s very peaceful, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and it has spectacular amenities to go with the beautiful townhomes.
Kids the good and a bad good love the neighborhood love the apartment building I live in love management awesome and love having access to pool/Jacuzzi/workout room and having a two car garage! As well the bad is the regular increase and Rent prices which I understand is going on everywhere in the county of San Diego

The price is really high and all of the amenities are not open for us to use. There have been break-ins and there are not enough cameras on the property. The security does not secure the units they come to give us write-ups for noise violations before 8pm.
This community has the most professional, respectful, courteous, and personable staff we could have ever hoped for!

Rent is way to expensive. Rooms are really small. Even though the layout is has a big square footage, it's still isn't spacious and not worth the rent. It's big because of the 3 floors.
