I have lived at Sagebrook for 3 years in 2 different apartments. The community is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I've always enjoyed how Sagebrook keeps the apartments looking modern. I absolutely love the location, there are plenty ot restaurants and shopping close by as well as it being within minutes of I-25. The staff has always been super helpful and they always go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. I love calling Sagebrook my home!

there are far nicer apartments in the area for roughly the same money. this was a short term rental for me and my wife and the reaso. we stayed here is they allowed dogs and they allowed Directv. we were really unimpressed with the apartment itself. they are lacking a lot of upgrades. also utilities are very expensive here! nice area though!

I was moving by myself all the way from Michigan and Sagebrook staff was super helpful making the transition smooth. I lived here for 2 years and loved every day of it! It is well maintained, conveniently located near I-25, dog friendly, and has great views of the mountains. The maintenance guys were very friendly and always prompt in fixing anything I needed fixed. As a young girl living alone, I always felt safe here. I only left because I got a job out of state. I would recommend it to anyone looking to live in the Springs!

This has to be the best apartment complex I've ever stayed in. Extremely quiet, and the staff members are very helpful. The apartments are very nice and ideal for anyone who wants the experience of a daily weekend getaway. There is a beautiful pool, and a gym that stays open for 24 hours a day. The location is also perfect with quick access to I-25, Powers Blvd, and Academy. There is a nail and hair salon along with several restaurants within walking distance of your front door.
