The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Sage Creek
The experience was great. Better and more professional than other places I went to. Yasleidy (the manager) was very polite and professional and treated me with respect and made me feel at ease as this is my first time renting and new to the process. 10/10 would recommend.

Hey User, Thanks so much for taking the time to share your positive experience! It's feedback like yours that reminds us why we do what we do. We're always happy to assist so don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need anything. See you soon!
After we moved out, they charged us 1600 for easily cleanable things. Not to mention they shut off the water whenever they want, the apartment was already terrible when we moved in, and the management is unreliable and frequently unavailable. If your apartment isn't spotless when you leave, they will overcharge you for the littlest things. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!

Love living here! It’s quiet, the neighbors are friendly. The manager Yasleidy is easy to communicate with, and very friendly. Maintenance issues get handled quickly as well! I have lived here with my kids for 2 years, and we have enjoyed being here!

Place is peaceful and quiet throughout the day so a noise complaint would sound strange around here, great location since winco is down the street next to a gas station
