Property Ratings at Saddle Ridge
Let me start by saying, the idea of renting or moving was so scary for me. I am just coming out of a divorce, little cash income, and bad credit. I am so blessed to have spoke with Alice today. She was quick to respond to the online message. She called me and made time to answer all my questions. I stopped by due to her kindness on the phone and walked out with an apartment. I am in awe of how easy the good Lord gave me this home. Shocked to get in and get approved. Not even how quickly it all happened. Alice even hooked me up with the Spectrum guy, Mike. They will be out tomorrow to put cable in my new home. Sometimes in life we are so quick to complain but don't stop and thank Jesus for the little things in life. Thank you Alice for the time and attention you gave me. Also, they asked maintenance to stop by when he got the chance to look at something simple. It was done before I made it to the apartment. Thank you Alice and Danya. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for making such a stressful tough decision seem so effortless. Sometimes it's not how it looks but how the people doing it, make it work. God bless you all.
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Makes you feel like family! And I was highly impress with the clean and nice looking property.
This apartment complex is hands down the worst apartment complex I ever had the displeasure of living at. The managers are extremely unhelpful and disrespectful. Do not fall for their free month deals/ promotions. The maintenance request get swept under the rug and don’t get worked on till months later. The parking situation is horrendous I’ve never seen a towing company doing rounds every night practically stealing cars that are parked in the correct spots. I do NOT recommend that anyone ever live in this apartment complex, seek any other place to live.
I love living in Saddle Ridge. Management is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick to fix service issues.

Very satisfied with saddle ridge. Complex is appealing on the outside and inside as well. I had a beautiful view of the sunset everyday from my location. Property is always clean. Office always have fun resident activities. Office staff is very friendly and professional. Thank you Ms Miranda , Ms PJ, and Mr Sergio for making my stay a pleasant one!

Saddle Ridge has spacious rooms, 9ft ceilings, spacious bathrooms, and some units even include washer and dryer hook-ups. Their amenities are great and their spaces kept clean and inviting. The management staff is easy to work worth and they are always ready to help. The complex is quiet and the people around polite and respectful. i feel safe and comfortable in my new home!

Not a very pleasant experience if you're visiting because they have very limited visitor parking with plenty of other spaces but you can't park in them because if you do your car gets towed. They have around 15 visitor spaces reserved for all the residents in this complex. They need way more visitor parking spots

Very happy here with schools being a priority and centrally located to many stores and doctors. Apartment is just right and very comfortable to come home to relax

Can definitely say that for our first apartment Saddle Ridge has set a high standard when it comes to management, maintenance, cleanliness and communication. This has been the absolute worst place I have ever lived. Management is absolutely horrible and they try to screw you over any chance they get. They will tow your car because there is not enough parking available and they tell you to park on the street even though you pay for a parking pass. Me and my husband were in the process of buying a house and were told they would work with us month to month but then informed us we had to be out within the month (only after we asked to extend another month) because they had leased our apartment. We had a newborn and nowhere to go and they basically said too bad get out. And then once we finally got out of that horrible place, they wouldnt give our deposit back due to damages already done before we were even there and we even documented them! The property manager hung up on me when I tried to talk to her. I have never been treated more horribly and with such little respect. Also maintenance would take weeks to fix even the smallest of things. I would have to call over and over for them to come even for major problems. No matter how much they make the place look nice do not move here!
Just moved in and I love it here, there large two bed two bath is huge and very nice plus I received an excellent deal on it. I'm very happy here and the ladies in the office are very friendly received a great move in gift on my first day at my new place. I don't know all about the negativity prior but since I have moved in I have not had an issue so far. Yes the parking can be a little tight especially as more people move in but nothing is ever perfect anywhere! and love my new place so much that I can learn to deal with the parking.
Rent here at your own risk. They lost my deposit, they don't address maintenance issues even when notified in writing, parking is terrible, so if you go grocery shopping, take the day off to do it because they let random people other than residents park on the property so there is no space and you may have to park in the streets. The manager Elvira is a complete idiot and can't read.
I love how there's a built in desk with shelves on top! And the walk in closet is huge! The bathroom/laundry room is also a great size! Whole apartment is very spacious. Love it! Also, I like the crown molding; it adds character!
