Ashburn Village is a small community anchored by Ashburn Village Center, a large outdoor shopping mall home to chain eateries, a grocer, a bank, and more. Other parts of Ashburn Village consist of peaceful residential areas, trails, and Pavilion Lake. Fishing, boating, and exploring the lake are popular pastimes. While residents have plenty of opportunity for shopping, dining, and outdoor recreation in town, they can travel outside of the neighborhood’s limits for more exciting adventures. Residents head north to the parks and trails along the Potomac River, or travel about 30 miles southeast to the attractions and amenities offered by Washington, DC. Thanks to all Ashburn Village has to offer, renters won’t have trouble finding a great place to live and there are moderately priced apartments and single-family houses available for rent.

The apartments are old and could be renovates. Lot of unnecessary small fees and no options for wifi and electricity providers. The community gym could be made better. Could definitely get some better amenities.

I recently moved into Saddle Ridge Apartments and have had a mostly positive experience so far. The management team has been incredibly helpful and responsive. They even responded to an email I sent on a Sunday night, which was very impressive and much appreciated! The move-in process was straightforward, although there were a few hiccups due to the state background check taking longer than expected. However, the property manager kept me informed throughout the process and provided a welcome packet to help expedite things. One downside is the exterior of the building, which looks a bit dirty and old. This didn’t affect my overall experience too much, but it’s worth noting for those who prioritize aesthetics. Overall, I am pleased with my decision to move to Saddle Ridge Apartments. The helpful and responsive management team made a big difference, and I would recommend this place to others.

So far so good….Richard and Yuleima have been awesome and Chris has been very accommodating when it comes to my maintenance work request. I don’t really like having anyone in my place when I’m not there but he’s always been able to meet me when I’m here…I appreciate that so much. Love our apartment, love the neighborhood, love the neighbors. Only thing I’m unsatisfied about is the bug issue. Fight with roaches nearly every day and we never had an issue with them! :( Other than that, good place to live in.

This is our second time here at saddle ridge apartment, it’s a quiet community, close to our daughters school, despite the angry people below us , it’s always been a pleasant living experience.

Every couple of years, I leave a review about this apartment complex. Saddle Ridge has been my home now for 7 years. That alone says something about my satisfaction with the property and the management. The grounds are green and well-kept, maintenance is responsive, and management assures that things run efficiently. Is everything perfect every moment? Of course not, but as with all of the best customer service, issues are acknowledged and addressed. For example, a bad storm downed a tree in my lot over the summer. Once management was informed on Saturday morning, they immediately arranged for clearing. It was gone before Monday and the area cleared 100% of all debris. This impressed me. You can spend a pile of money on a rental in Loudoun County, but I'm not sure you will find a better value than this one. Onsite amenities tick the boxes that matter (valet trash, plentiful parking, etc.). The location is ideal whether you prefer to drive (a couple of minutes to Route 7, around 20 minutes to IAD), or walk (about 15 minutes to Whole Foods or Harris Teeter). My personal favorite? It's about 10 minutes door to door to drive to One Loudoun, park, and get to a movie at the Alamo Cinema and Drafthouse. I am still happy to be here.

It's been a great 4 years. Staff is always friendly and quick to respond when I need assistance. Community is always clean, love that we have an Amazon locker in the complex to keep our packages safe. I would recommend living here.

I love this place I feel safe , people are nice, all the maintenance guys are so fantastic any time I have any problems they coming immediately, and the manager are so nice the best of the best

El apartamento tiene muy bien divido los espacio para cada especificación cuartos amplios sala cocina baño acordes los espacio y un amplio balcón con su cuarto de desahogo por lo que nos sentimos cómodos con su confort , es un lugar muy bonito y tranguilo donde los vecinos y demás habitantes mantienen una buena educación de convivencia por lo que se hace más grata la vida aquí y en cuanto atención administrativa es eficiente en todo muy atenta a cualquier inquietud de los moradores

Been here 8 years now and absolutely zero complaints. Great, quaint community, clean, and staff is super attentive. It helps that this is not an oversized apt. Community, which allows maintenance to service you in a respectable time frame. Always had the few issues that arose fixed same day!! I’ve heard horror stories of nearby communities. Apt. units well maintained. Convenient to local grocers, etc. love it!

I have been living here for more than 10 years . It's a safe neighborhood and the school around the ashburn community is good. The management and there maintenance service is very good and very friendly. I am glad that we chose the saddle ridge apartments.

At this time, issues with noisy neighbors has continued, if not gotten worse. Constant banging of doors, front and patio doors, kids running all day back and forth causing constant shaking, screaming with patio doors open so you hear everything. Neighbors leaving front doors open so you hear them from your apartment. We can't enjoy any peace at this time.
