The experience and staff are perfect. The only thing to complain about is the weed smoking. Since the building is a smoke free environment. I would not expect this smell to linger in the halls. But even at that. There are way more positives that will not change my experience with this place.

So far so good...however, or the price we pay the smell of weed all the time is frustrating and the trash situation needs to get better--a trash chute in only one building this pricey makes no sense. The garage manager is hard to get a hold of to set up guest access and teh announcement of events is hit or miss.

Living at Rye House Apartments has been great! It’s a beautiful luxury apartment complex near the harbor! We now have restaurants and bars that have opened in the block, including a delicious Ben & Jerry’s downstairs! The amenities are great! Additionally, when I have had some minor issues with noises or maintenance items, the great staff have been kind and addressed the items right away! Great place to live!

the noise caused by the other residents and the lack of the staff/management in not doing anything to correct the situation. These are supposed to be "premium-luxury" apts. Also the smell of weed inside the hallways & smell of urine from dogs peeing in the elevator and hallways would say otherwise. They say to call whenever there is a problem but nothing is ever done to fix the problem so what's the use of even calling about it numerous times and nothing getting done about it???

Great building, the location is perfect. It feels like city meets the suburbs. The waterfront views are breathtaking, the entire neighborhood is beautiful and extremely clean. Security is top notch!! I’ve only been here for 3 months and I’m loving it.

Overall, I think Rye House Apartments is a pretty nice place to live. The amenities are great as is the location. My two main complaints are: I have heard the older-middle aged gentleman who I believe is the leasing manager, gossiping about tenants in a way that is unprofessional and would make me rethink living here. Also, as cost-saving measure, the facility has severely limited the amount of hot water each tenant can use and frankly, I don’t use very much to be affected.

My experience has been great so far. Views are amazing, pop-up food trucks genius, events hosted in the grass area is just great. Monthly events are always posted in the elevators. Love it here.

Parking hasn’t been very accommodating for tenants here especially when there are events happening in the area. Tenants pay for parking monthly and are not guaranteed a spot on lower levels when guests are visiting the neighborhood. You have to pay for parking everywhere around here which is inconvenient to some.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us; like many other garages in Baltimore, that is true. Your reduced monthly rate (for being a Baltimore Penisula Resident) does not give you a reserved or lower guaranteed floor but secures a parking spot. There is plenty of parking in the garage and a convenient garage lobby with elevators to take you to the floor you parked on.
Honestly you can’t find better in my opinion. The staff are nice and very helpful. The apartments are clean and the view is astonishing. Neighbors are quiet for the most part (in my opinion during the times it matters) like late at night or early in the morning! The security is always alerts and around. The amenities mixed in with the events hosted around our block are the best!!

We are mostly pleased with everything so far. The staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is professional and responsive. Our view of the water is amazing. The other tenants seem friendly and kind. The apartments are very quiet. The only noise I can hear is when people walk down the hall. My only complaint so far is that there is very loud noise in the courtyard when the dumpsters are being changed and when the landscapers are using leaf blowers.

The move-in process was very smooth. I came in, spoke to the front desk personnel and they reviewed all of online documents and handed me Over the keys! Maintainence was very helpful as well when it came to the move- in inspection and helped me with any questions that I had. Great overall experience.

It’s been about 3 weeks since I’ve moved in. I love living here so far and don’t have any real complaints. Walking to the parking garage is a bit of an adjustment for me, but the Bozzuto team is great and helps to make things really convenient. I love the sense of community I feel so far. I have been here a year and I love it. I can’t wait till all the shops open then I will never have to leave. There is a water front tavern right across the street, Harris teeter, target everything is at your fingertips here and I don’t see me leaving any time soon.

I love how luxury the area is, I been here for 4 days and I love it!!!! Everything is secured, you literally need a wristband to gain access to the building lol. I highly recommend Rye House, you won’t regret it.

Rye House provided a very comfortable move-in. The loading dock makes it very easy to bring large, heavy items up to your apartment. There's also a dolly on the first floor to wheel heavy items, which makes it easy to bring up large grocery hauls.

Great view! Up and coming community! Very safe. We've lived here for four months now and the atmosphere is great, the appliances are new, and the staff is friendly.

I love this building and just the aesthetics. So cozy and warm! Leasing is amazing and they treat you like family! The concierge service is also great! I don’t ever want to leave this building.

This apartment is in a lovely neighborhood that is up and coming. The neighborhood is safe. The staff makes an effort to prepare and resident events. Recommend.

Great community and great people! The facilities are all very nice and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. With the additions of some restaurants and shops it will be the spot to be in Baltimore.

Just moved in! It was an amazing & smooth experience. The front desk was so nice and welcoming. They answer any & all questions I had, I honestly never met a team that are so friendly. No complaints. Thank you guys! As far as housing! Absolutely beautiful. Very clean, neighbors are nice & quiet. The view is just love!
