Located less than an hour south of Houston, Clute is a thriving city located just off the Gulf Coast. This park-like city provides plenty of recreation as well as a peaceful atmosphere to settle down. Head to Mammoth Lake for 55 acres of water that allow for a unique diving experience, since the lake is filled with several interesting artifacts to enjoy. Interesting artifacts are a defining feature of Clute, as two mammoth fossils were found here. Head to the Center for the Arts and Science, home to the Brazosport Art League, the Brazosport Museum of Natural Science, the Brazosport BASF Planetarium, and Brazosport Center Stages, to learn more about the creatures that used to roam around the Gulf Coast. The Center also features the most extensive collection of seashells in the south, art exhibits, plays, musicals, and a planetarium. The other parts of Clute are residential and hold plenty of rental options.

I am currently living out of town, I came down to the area and toured with the office staffed, who were amazing and patient with me. I loved the property, very quiet and well kept up with. Looking forward to renting from them in the future. I will definitely be back, when I'm ready to move.

Royal WildeWood minor Apartments is an outstanding property with a great staff and location. I've had outstanding service from Management and Maintenance guys from my introduction to the property and all of its amenities. they were thorough, friendly, and answered all of my questions. They have 2 swimming pools, recreation areas and a pet's park. I recommend the property for anyone looking for a new apartment in Clute.

We recently moved into Royal Wildewood and we’ve loved it so far! Very clean and spacious and management has been awesome, Megan helped us so much with moving in. We would definitely recommend this complex for anyone wanting to move in!

I've lived here for almost 2 years now and it's been incredibly peaceful. Management does a great job of relaying information regarding stuff going on around the complex. Maintenance responds fairly quickly to request submitted to them.

Yes, the property is very quiet and peaceful, one of the reasons residents like to renew with us. We do our best to regulate the property and the Nosie/disturbances as this can be an issue for our residents. Glad we are doing our best to take care of you!
Me and my significant other moved in January. Haven’t had any problems except one thing about the bathroom but it wasn’t bad. Other then that these apartments are really quiet and well kept up with. I would recommend someone moving here. :))

Hi, I see you met our staff! We are fully staffed, and our maintenance is on call 24/7. One of the many reasons why residents like renting at royal. We are located in the most convenient location in Clute Tx as well. Making shopping, eating a breeze for our residents.
I’ve lived at this complex for almost 10years now and with the current management I feel like I could live here for more years to come! With my most recent apt, there was an unexpected plumbing issue that started from the upstairs neighbor’s bathroom and lead to major issues in mine. Veronica and Vanessa (in the office) were able to find me the townhouse that I wanted and gave me more than plenty time to get moved out of the old one. And with moving, there’s always something that’ll go wrong. BUT the maintenance crew were quick to respond and fixed the issues with no problems, and all within the same day! They were courteous and made sure not to leave a mess behind even when they had to cut into the walls. If you’re looking for top quality management that takes care of their residents and decent rent prices for the square footage, I’d look no further than RWM!

I’ve been living in these apartments for about 8 months now, have a 13 month lease. The outside was just remodeled so it looks beautiful but the inside is boring and COCKROACH FILLED!!! Ever since we’ve moved in we’ve had them and they are so difficult to get rid of because the other units have them as well. Do NOT live here. Yes it’s cheap but NOT WORTH IT. Quality of the inside is 4/10. The dishwasher doesn’t work and the appliances are WAYYYY outdated.

We do our best to take care of our residents here at Royal Wildewood Manor. We offer weekly pest control services. If a problem has been reported, we do our best to fix it in a timely manner. We can not address a problem if it is not reported. Please contact the office and we will happily rectify the situation.
Moved here with my new family hoping to find a safe and calm environment. I loved how everything I need is walking distance from here. Management is helpful and show they they are here to assist as soon as situation arises within the complex. The two swimming pools are a plus. I would recommend this place! for families of all sizes.
I have lived on the property since 2008 and I love it here..Management is really friendly and Maintenance is really awesome..Everytime I have reported a problem in my apt they are here the same day. And it is really quiet and the property is well maintained
