Royal Park Apartments and Townhomes

Ok place to live for the price you pay. These are big and spacious unlike others around. Very old construction, so expect to hear your neighbors talk, walk, cook, blend, do laundry, use bathroom etc. Summer is good for kids to play around except the lawn is maintained all green and fresh on leasing office side to attract new comers. But there's no lawn at all in any other community like this so you can adjust. The smell when you cook stays with you for while. Carpets are 15years old and you cannot expect them to change unless you have time to bug them every week to change them. First they will give you new kitchen appliances when you ask for carpet. But rightfully they should install new appliances for the new tenant coming when they are decades old. But never mind if you dont care. My carpet has no fur left, so in winter its very tough. Expect your toddler to get rashes with these carpets like mine or buy carpets in every room if you can afford. I was given with new kitchen appliances when asked for a carpet. Oh and they dont have cc cameras around so anyone can come and take your car tyres like it happened 2/3 times. They respond to every small repair promptly but the workers are arrogant if you are nice and they talk about others while fixing yours and so do they talk about you at someone else's.

Lived at Royal Park for 9 years. They renavated all of the apartments about 6 years ago and they really look nice; just installed new toilets within the last month. The grounds are meticulously well-maintained with excellent snow removal in the winters. There is a great little fitness center attached to the leasing office and next to the pool, very convenient. Maintenance is very responsive, as is the main office to your needs. It's nice and quiet here to, even though you're right off of route 1 and 1A. Easy access to every major highway: Route 1, 495, 295, and 95. Providence is only 15 minutes away, and there are tons of places to shop and eat within a 2-mile radius of the complex. That's a lot of positives, but not everything is perfect. They have a great pool, but it's only open from late June (sometimes as late as the final weekend in June) through Labor Day, and then only from noon to 7pm. These hours really need to be expanded. I'm also not happy that you are no longer allowed to have grills on the property due to insurance. This seems to be a growing trend that I really don't like. Overall, still an amazing value for the price!

Definitely a must have for anyone who is looking for class and well priced luxury :)

I love my apartment! The location is great it's very close to everything you would ever need... Restaurants, stores, bars, a mall and very accessible to two highways. It's always clean, quiet and there is a pool and tennis court here. I have no complaints about the unit or buildings!
